The room location was terrible. The room had a balcony overlooking the lobby area?? The noise level was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend. The bar tender wasn’t very personable. Not a great experience.

Some parts seems old and run down. Like the hallway walls and carpet and doors. But I think that comes with obvious wear and tear.

Great location and big!! The property is so big its easy to feel like no one is there or that you have space. Its very pet friendly, our dogs loved it. A lot of green space to walk our dogs. The pools were great and my kids had so much fun! We love staying here!!

No restrooms near the pool, which makes me wonder how people manage all day. The room’s acoustics were awful—we could hear every hallway conversation and footsteps from upstairs. It wasn’t just annoying; it felt like we had no privacy. They really need to improve soundproofing.

View out both windows onto the rocky roof was awful. Netflix wouldn’t load on the TV. Location was further out from downtown than anticipated with lots of traffic and construction.

Unfortunately, the city has built up around the resort, but the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was good, but over priced. The waitresses were attentive and very professional. But when the kitchen staff brought out the food they just handed us our plates rather than placing them in front of us. Other dining room staff would wander and pace if they didn’t have guests to attend to which was distracting. The spa experience was excellent but over priced.

The shower floor was not slippery until body gel is used. Then the floor became way too slippery. Need to change something?

Some of the plugs in the room did not work. The restaurant was not open the hour it had posted, or worker's where not there to seat anyone.

Only complaint the room was extremely hot. The thermostats in the rooms did not work. We had to crack a window and have the staff bring a box fan and still was 73 degrees in the room. My husband and I ended up checking out early due to not being able to sleep because of the heat.

Hotel was beautiful. Had plenty of things to do and very clean. The staff was excellent. The location couldn’t have be better. Right off the highway.

The jacuzzi wasn’t working. What a let down! We booked the hotel because after a day of riding we wanted to relax in the whirlpool. It was a total disapppointment

It was convenient to the horse park where we were planning an event. The restaurant had a great band and a nice atmosphere.

The inside swimming pool and spa was closed down and the outside spa was closed. The outside pool was open but very dirty with all kinds of bugs dead in the water. Couldn't seim without the bugs in the water. Made it very nasty

The indoor pool and both hot tubs were closed for maintenance. That was the only reason we booked the room and were not notified. Our 1st room had a musty smell. Staff switched our room because of the smell.

Water barely dribbles in bathroom faucet. Shower had a spraying leak. Tile was dirty in the pool. Mold on the concrete. Deck around the indoor pool was filthy.

Booked a King room with pool view. First night stay they gave us a room with double beds and no pool view. I am 6'8 and my wife is 6'3. The beds were too small. Resort was sold out first night. Had to wait until next night to change rooms .
