The lawn up keeping could need improvement

The property was convent to all amenities. A lot of room for the ppl we had. Enjoyed the checkups the host made. Everything you need was provided.

There is some road noise, but it’s really not that bad honestly.

They charge a $198 cleaning fee but want you to take the trash out and do the dishes put them away and all kinds of cleaning. So why am I paying $198 if I’m the one having to clean. Whoever was there before hand did not wash the dishes they were put away dirty. Dried food/ drinks on the dishes had to wash them before using. There were a few lights that didn’t work.

Very cute and roomy. Multiple outdoor seating on every level. Hot tub was great. Loved that all the rooms had bathrooms. Great view.

Had a put up smell as if it’s been enclosed for a while but was able to get rid of it easily after opening the place up other that nothing too much to complain about

Vents in bathrooms don’t evacuate moisture very well. Drive way is a bit sketchy if having many vehicles

Kitchen needs a few items, more silverware and wineglasses. The road leading to the home desperately needs repair. It is a typical mountain road, short drive and steep.

Three floors with 3 big beds and sitting areas. This gave our family space for privacy or quiet time away from the others. Pool table and hot tub on the lower floor were a hit! Upstairs with a sitting area was a haven for the book reader. Every floor had an outdoor balcony-porch, with plenty of rocking chairs. Location was great for our needs. Close to Dolly and attractions and shopping.

The drive up to the property, the road had broken off, so you had to be careful or your car would have went over the edge, also tge drive way at the cabin, that was horrible, the edge of the driveway is not ok for any human. That needs to be fixed. Also ,the spider webs should be cleaned from around everywhere, including the hottub area. And it would have been nice to know that every television did NOT come with a remote. Other than that, we loved the property.

We liked everything about the property and it fit way more than we brought with us.

I didn’t like all the spiders. There were cob webs all over the house. I also found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Also would like to have seen less trees around the property and more of a view.

We noticed there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling that was coming from upstairs when you took a shower/bath. It would fill up the kitchen light and leaked on the floor. Also, I wish there were more dinnerware/silverware available.

Loved how close the property was to everything but at the same time very private. Very relaxing time! The hot tub was awesome as well! The pool table and fire pit were nice to have for the kiddos. Morning coffee on the porch was a plus.

The cabin could use more towels.

The cabin was in a great location and the perfect size for our family. The layout was great. We loved that there was a bedroom and a pull out sofa on each level. The beds were very comfortable. Our family had a great time together during our stay! We are already planning another vacation and look forward to staying here again.

This cabin was perfect . Great location easy to get to beautiful Inside and out. Lots of room comfortable beds . My family really enjoyed it . Will definitely be staying there again out next visit .

The shower heads and water pressure were horrible. The person responding to questions (Mariana) said it was from the flooding but I find that hard to believe. There were areas that could have been cleaner. Cobwebs in lots of places. Also the person responding was not very responsive or timely. It would have been nice to know about the driveway being a nightmare to get out of. Overall it was a great cabin and a great stay.

When we arrived the property was very dirty, trash on the ground, porches very dirty and the inside also needed cleaning. Made phone call and cleaning crew showed up and did a great job cleaning; however, this incident made us 4 hours late on getting settled in. The day before we left I received a reminder about 10:00am checkout. The reminder stated no late checkout could be accommodated (we did not request one) because a cleaning crew was scheduled early. Kind of a slap in the face and probably better received had it just had the reminder.

Plenty of room, comfortable and the location was perfect.
