Beds were very uncomfortable, the AC sounded like we were next to a running semi truck all night. Our room was supposed to be ADA Accessible and have enough room for my electric wheelchair. I had to rearrange the furniture for my wheelchair so it could be plugged in. The refrigerator was frozen over. The bathroom had exposed wiring and the bathroom light didn't have a cover. The pool wasn't open. No coffee maker. No TV guide for at least knowing what channels are available. The bathroom had a toilet & a shower/tub combo with a shower chair. The shower chair was too big for the bottom of the tub, it didn't have the rubber covers on the bottom of the legs. Across the street was a closed up hotel or motel that was covered in more graffiti than I have seen in a long time. They haven't updated the website in a long time: it still says that they have rooms that you can smoke in, not the case. Water pressure was fine if you stood in the shower, but not so good if sitting on the shower chair. (I brought mine). The day before we left, we received an email stating that due to COVID that some amenities weren't available. When I responded to find out which amenities would not be available, I received no response, so I prepared for the worst. No real restaurants, but a couple of gas stations nearby. There wasn't a 'do not disturb' door hanger. There were 2 queen beds, a nightstand between the beds, and at the foot of the bed starting from the window: There was a table, a chair, an entertainment center- but the TV was hanging on the wall, another table, then the refrigerator on the floor, a microwave on top of the small apartment size refrigerator, the closet, the sink, with a large counter, with the towels and washcloths, the exit door. I barely had enough room for my electric wheelchair. There wasn't enough grab bars in the bathroom, the toilet sat very low to the ground. I needed extra assistance from my caregiver.

There weren't any bugs or offensive smells. We didn't get robbed and nobody messed with our vehicle or the wheelchair carrier. Located close to the freeway on ramp and off. We didn't hear noises from other units or people in the hall.

The staff was very rude. A female employee who works on the swing shift was very unprofessional. When we checked in and went to our room we noticed we were given no towels. I went to the front desk to let staff know but she was checking in another guest. I let her know about the towels and she said after she was done with the other guest she would get them for me. After approximately 10-15 minutes I went back to the front desk to get the towels (I had wanted to shower when I checked in) the staff was sitting down eating. I asked "did you get our towels"? She said "I am eating my dinner right now, I will get them when I'm done". I explained to her that we paid for a room and shouldn't have to wait to shower and that she should have gotten our towels before she sat down to eat. She was rude and gave us dirty looks. I told her to do her job and that customers come first.

It was not as advertised or pictured. The parking lot and grounds were full of trash and vagrants. One man was having a violent drug episode outside the lobby window. The carpets in all the halls and stairs were covered with heavy stains. The front desk clerk was brusque and refused to provide towels or linens (one bed had no sheets, the other beds’ sheets had large holes in them, there weren’t enough towels for all the guests). She said she didn’t have access to the linens in storage. The inside chain locks were all broken (we had three rooms) and one room’s door had evidently been kicked in, as the frame around the door had been ripped off. The towel racks were hanging from the walls. The mini fridge was hot inside, even though the motor was running. The parking lot was filled with broken glass from car windows that had been shattered. We arrived very late and had no other options, or we definitely would have gone elsewhere. A guest sitting in his car late at night rolled down the window as we passed and told us, “This is not a good hotel if you have children with you.” His traveling companion appeared to be drunk or high. There was a pool (covered and with trash on the cover) and an area for breakfast, but only after the deadline for cancelation passed did we receive a note from the hotel informing us that they were regretfully closing their pool and discontinuing breakfast due to COVID-19. That excuse is several years too old, but we could no longer get a refund or cancel when they told us. Once we saw the condition of the hotel, we knew we wouldn’t have used the pool or breakfast anyway, so there’s that.

I’m grateful that the van was still there and not broken into in the morning. The a/c worked and the bed was fairly comfortable.

it was really dirty and looked so sketchy. walls filled with random splatters and mold. the rooms look like they were broken into. just didn’t feel very safe.

The room didn't look like the room they were advertising. The outlet wires were exposed next to the bed which is a fire hazard. One of the bulbs were missing in the sconces. The nonsmoking room smelled heavy of cigarettes and there was smoke damage on the walls and on the TV screen. Due to COVID-19 the response is to clean every other day which counterintuitive.

Paid and went to room. Tried to cancel staying there. They refused to refund after we paid for the first day. Cancelled the second day. Place had trash everywhere and stank really bad. Nonsmoking room had a comforter with cigarette burns in it. Lots of homeless around the place. Plus most of the buildings surrounding it are boarded up or had burned.

Stained flooring, cracked shower walls, blood or blood stain on pillow cases. There were holes in the shower walls. Windows in the hotel were open and curtains hanging out. Garbage all over the place. The ice machine was disguising. I slept with my pepper spray on my nightstand.

I did not like anything about this property. It should be closed and condemned.

Room smelled like p1ss toilet lid was duct taped together to was broken ac was broken but we didn't care came in late showered went to bed woke up checked out and as much stuff was broken in the p1ss smelling room they kept my deposit saying I ripped holes in the blanket which was just lies to keep my deposit stay away from this place the staff are the rudest ppl I've ever met I take that back 2 of the ppl who work at front desk are very nice and helpful the man and the younger lady are helpful and nice to talk to the other 2 lady's literally want to argue and try and fight with you I was in shock after they started yelling at me for no reason they made multiple comments about my ethnicity which has nothing to do with anything stay away from this sh1thole

Place is a sh1thole full of bugs we checked in at 11pm me and my wife showered and went to bed woke up checked out and went to work we forgot to ask for our deposit so we came back after work to pick it up and the staff must of thought we weren't coming back for it and stole it because the lady at the front desk started trying to argue with us literally pi king a fight said we trashed the room which was just made up on the spot she made multiple comments about us being white like that has anything to do with anything basically stole our deposit you might get robbed in the lobby or the parking lot place is nasty full of bugs I have bug bites all over my back from the place my wife killed 2 giant spiders in our room room and hallway also smell like urine human urine avoid this place at all cost i added a pic of the view they say they have
