In general our stay was very good. Quiet, comfortable, and prompt response to an issue with the entryway light - it had no bulb. The lack of extra services (no breakfast, limited room service, etc.) was not an issue for us. However, we were given a room with an operating TV, but it was not connected to the satellite. Staff knew this and did not give us the option of another room, they simply did not tell us. We did not know this until our last night when we were wanting to watch the news and could not get connected. We were offered another room (which we should have been when we checked in) but it was our final night so we just did without. We should have been told at check-in and given a room with a satellite connection for the TV. We will stay there again but will be certain to check if the TV is working next time.

This was a great priced stay and the room was great! The staff was super friendly. My only complaint would be the aggressive signs everywhere: NO POOL, NO BREAKFAST, YOU WILL BE TOWED, NO PETS. Maybe like “unfortunately our pool and bfast facilities are unavailable but thank you for your patronage”. There was a some off shade people hanging out front too. Our bed was so cozy and there was lots of soaps and goodies!

Had to wait for almost 2 hours for the room to be cleaned. Sketchy people in the area. No restaurants within walking distance. I knew before I arrived that there was no breakfast.

Outdated, some of the advertised amenities were not available, stayed 6 nights and never saw housekeeping. I put the garbage bags outside the door on day 4 and they took them but didn't even leave new bags much less visit.

There was no remote for the tv, however once I discovered the baseball game wasn't being televised there was nothing else I wanted to watch, so wasn't important to me. The only other negative while I was there was some kinda creepy people hanging around in the parking lot, both when I arrived, and the next morning when i departed.

Squatters that have been there for months were across the hall. Many knocking on the door all day and night. One tried breaking into the door with a screwdriver or tool of some sort. Lots of doors slamming. Felt unsafe. Toilet ran off and on all day and night. There was no breakfast. Was a note on wall about no breakfast at that location and if the website said so they need to change it per front desk. Lots of homeless outside all around the property.

The place was surrounded by homeless people it seemed, inside and out. Which made it somewhat uncomfortable. Sketchy at most!

Elevator smelled like urine. Desk clerk said they have had it cleaned multiple times but can't get rid of the smell. Need to replace the carpet in the elevator.

The room was advertised as smoking but in fact it was turned into non smoking room still smelled of smoke keys wouldn't work very well had to replace them 3 times

I liked the space it was pretty big and it was quiet, staff was very nice and accommodating

the bathroom door didn't close all the way. there was only one small trashcan and no larger one inside to use. one of the lights didn't work and all the outlets were loose
