This place could use a deep clean. Mystery stains on the walls, ironing board has mold. Towels smelled clean, but looked worn out and stained. No washcloths. The lid to the back of the toilet was cracked into multiple pieces Curtains would not fully close, so anyone could see into your room and watch you. Bed was rickety, and pillows were so thin as to be non-existent. The outside was in a similar state: pool was an alarming shade of green, the whole place appearing run down and in need of repair. Other guests did not appear to be living their best lives; several noisy and nosy people, one guest screaming profanity loudly at anyone who walked nearby, and pretty sure I saw a drug deal go down.

The room was old and gross. The bathtub was dirty, shower head broke, mirror filthy, bed had cigarette burns, tv didn't work, had to get a new light bulb it was broke.

I did see one roach peak from behind the tv stand/ dresser. The television was grainy and only had about 4 or 5 channels, none of them network. I couldn’t even watch cbs, and the WiFi would not connect. The person upstairs from me must have been having his own WWF summer slam up there all night. Someone playing loud music at around 10-11 pm

No breakfast or even coffee. Wifi was intermittent. Cable TV nonexistent. Construction/painting with things set up right in front of my door was very annoying. Cleaning person forced his way into my room before I checked out. Thankfully I was dressed. I will not go back even if the room was free

It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed but the worst part was the cockraches. The place is infested. I was like, okay, one or two, whatever. But when I woke up in the morning with something Crawling on my face and turned the lights on and watched a dozen or so go skittering off it was almost vomit inducing.

I liked the friendly staff and the facility location was nice and easy right in the center of town to get around easily while visiting.

Blood on the walls and curtains. The bathroom wasn't clean and there was urine all over the toilet and floor. There was a large piece of dog feces right inside the front door. When I asked the front desk if the housekeeper could come and clean my room because the refrigerator and microwave were dirty and there was urine all over the bathroom floor he said I'll ask him but I don't know if he'll do it

It was dirty and disgusting. Rooms smelt like stale cigarette smoke. The floors were filthy and the bed sheets were dirty and smelt moldy. Fire alarm didn't have a battery in it. 1 towel. Had a VERY bad vibe. Had nightmares all night cause it just didn't feel right. Trash pilled up outside. Pool was green and smelt bad.

It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen! I have owned two motels and stayed in many in my seventy eight years. The floors were dirty, and the linen was too. The tv service was next to nothing. Needless to say I only spent one night there. Went somewhere else the next night. I also would like to request a refund for the second nights reservation.

Nothing worked in 2 rooms. TV and cable, tub faucet, no fridge, beds were ok and air conditioning worked. A shame because the people are great, xlnt location. Could be a top quality place. The owner must be a tight wad mooch. That much potential and a great staff of people, just a shame.

Everything! thought it was gonna be decent according to the price, but wasn’t even close, I don’t even know where to start, I don’t get why they have a pool if it’s unusable, we first got a room that smelled like pee, and the ac was broken, then they changed us to another one the sheets were stained (that’s what I wanted to think) or not even changed idk, there was sheets and stuff under the stairs (maybe a homeless person sleeping there) around 1am there was a bunch of police cars in the front of the building… among other things, no peace at all, there was people walking and talking almost all night,anyway, the ladies at the front desk were really nice tho but it doesn’t compensate the whole experience not recommended it at all!! One of the worst experiences of my life.

The mattress was in plastic wrapping. There were no trash cans in the room at all. People were outside our door fighting from 10pm until the Redding police department and SWAT team showed up around 2am for a problem on the other side of the motel for room 203.

First, my key card was not activated! it wouldn't eork , it was a struggle to get outside and go back to my room, i was lovkee out of my room befause my card wouldn't work since the beggining ! Next, I didn't have a tv remote in room , i had to call the receptionist to come over and when he tried the remote that one wouldn't work so he had to come back a second time when i was already in pijamas and had him over testing this second remote to work properly. The vending machine was empty and surrounded by homeless watching tv on their phone. there were weird men walking by me and my room multiple times on propose , it was creepy.
