How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This motel is 80% voucher families. The room was clean but once the lights went out , the bugs came out. There were families and pets in most rooms, this usually doesn't bother me but our room was in the middle of the hotel, We like to sit outside after being in the car all day but it was not a comfortable seating. I would suggest to the owners of the hotel that the rooms where the office is. is to be saved for overnight guest and the other two larger buildings, be reserved for long term guest. There is no coffee makers in the room and they DO NOT have breakfast as advertised. When you enter the premises you cannot tell that this is mostly a long term stay hotel.
The location. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked good.

The t.v didn't work, the shower had small bugs in it, the floor seemed a little dusty and the bed was loud whenever you moved in the bed. There were also a few ants on the floor.
The bed was pretty comfortable & the price was good.

I wasn’t terribly excited about the number of people just hanging out in the parking lot.

The towels were tiny and there were only 2. the bathtub was slippery with no handrail. The bathroom was small and hard to move around in. Nowhere to sit other than on the bed an one extra chair.
The location was excellent. Easy to get to and there was a huge mall right across the street. The people in the office were very kind and accommodating. It was in a nice area. We took a walk after dinner. We parked in front of the door and it was easy to get our stuff in and out of the car.

The Indian manager was arrogant for no reason. He and the owner have a close relationship. I presume for him to feel like he can act the way he does and treat people the way he does. And they are always together the manager and the owner. There's a lot of drug activity on the right side of the complex front and back.
King size bed was comfortable. Cable TV, decent wifi the female desk clerks were very nice and extra helpful. We were here for two months due to house fire.

Dirty. One bath towel, 3 hand towels and all had hair on them. Floor was dirty, beds were metal and made a lot of noise

My neighbors are very loud late into the evening
The location is excellent, and my room is always clean....always clean. My neighbors are very loud late at night. That is my only area of distress. The staff is always so polite and easy to respond to. It is so appreciated. It is one of the reasons I continue to stay here. I am on a travel assignment and this motel works for me.

The room was stark, with no lamps, only a few overhead lights. The composite floor could use a good cleaning, the bathroom door latch is missing, the TV is small with a broken remote, two very small towels and a roach in the bathtub, the beds could use a new mattress, the pillows are flat
Considering the fact the motel is on a major road by the shopping mall it was fairly quiet in the room.
