The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything above you or next door from the other condos.

Location is on the ocean front. Beautiful views of the ocean, palm trees and sunsets. This location was unmatched at the price point.

Kitchen towels and a bath mat would be nice. That's the only improvement I can think of.

The location was great for beach walks at low tide. And the lanai had a perfect ocean view. It was quiet but close to restaurants. I really appreciated that they had beach chairs and a sun umbrella available to use.

Wasn’t everything perfectly clean, bathroom and kitchen could have a bit more attention but overall it didn’t bother us too much because we cleaned everything before we cooked. Also it’s an AC there but it doesn’t really works just moves the hot air. Living room and bedroom have fans on the ceiling which works better but quite noisy so you can’t really use them when you sleep. But at the end we went to Hawaii so we really don’t want to complain about hot weather. :)

The apartment is in the perfect neighborhood in Maui! We loved that it’s really easy to go everywhere from here, really close to the airport but still in a less busy area. The free parking is also amazing and you always have spaces. The sunset was beautiful every night even from the balcony or the beach. The pool really cute and not crowded at all, it’s a good option if you want just a quick water time. You can also use beach chairs and umbrellas which was fantastic because we take them everywhere so every beach experience was so comfortable. The whole apartment is adorable and quiet (if the windows are closed, otherwise it can be a bit noisy sometimes, but not that bad).

The interior was a bit worn- old stains on carpet and upholstered furniture; floorboards in kitchen were mismatched. It is our understanding though that the owner is going to replace the flooring, so it may not be a future issue.

The check in was seamless, the unit was well maintained, the kitchen was fully stocked, the lanai was perfect for sunsets, steps the beach with a ton of turtle activity!

There was no elevator or handicap access to upper floors.

Install an elevator or ramp to the upper floors. Us older people have a hard time this stairs.

The rental unit was good overall. The view was exceptional; the kitchen and equipment was above par as was the living room furniture. The unit did show its age in some areas: 1. the mattress was old and we kept rolling to the center. 2. the A/C was to noise to use. 2. Some of the windows did not have handles so we could not open them for trade wind ventilation and the window above the front door did not have glass and was covered with a paper bag. 4. we were asked to keep the lanai door locked when not in the unit, we could not as both door locks did not work.

The view and condo were incredible! Location is good and so close to the beach.

The air conditioner seemed to be preprogrammed and nothing we did would over ride the presets. It kept turning off and the condo would get warm. The only thing that saved us is we are from Texas and are accustomed to heat.

Location was fantastic. Very close to many restaurants and sights. The condo has been remodeled since the photos online were taken. Everything but the shower appears to have been updated.
