Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesI also booked another room for my older kids and that room was not so splendid as it did not include a balcony and was in the corner side part of the hotel, the price of this room should have a much lower rate per night! This room was not at all worth the price I paid. The property definitely needs upgrades. The rooms could use some freshen up, the balcony’s glass needed to be cleaned as there was bird poop and dirty fingerprints all over it. The bathrooms need to include more amenities such as blow dryers and better showers. The balcony room was spacious but the fridge is very small and there is no microwave :( the indoor pool is nice but could use an upgrade as well and there is no hot tub! No hot tub really stinks. Surprising too because there is a whole patio area not being used and would be a perfect spot for a big outdoor hot tub. Also the pool towels were very small and thin, also never enough available. The service was very spotty! Tatiana, Fernando and Rita were amazing!!!! The rest of the staff were alright but the older man who covers the desk in the later afternoon and evening was rude and not very inviting at all. He had no patience! Please do not order the $16 mixed drinks here as the bartender did not know how to make them! The young girl Mia in Breakers makes horrible drinks. Stick with beer, wine, vodka seltzers! The lobby is nice but not big enough and needs more couches and lounge chairs as it can get very busy and no room to sit or stand at times. It would be great if the hotel had a little cafe that sold quick bites such as pastries, donuts, muffins, iced coffee, pizza slices, etc. The valet is good but be expected to wait a bit for them to get your car and the older man with the accent is not very patient or kind! The ice machine on third floor was leaking on and off during our whole stay causing a real concern because there was a legit puddle and I overheard a woman say she slipped.
We stayed in a balcony room facing the ocean and it was magical! Honestly very worth it! The convenience of the hotel being across from the ocean is a bonus too. The shower located in the indoor pool area is a great thing to have. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurants on site.

The breakfast and the dinner restaurant food was outstanding. The Food and restaurant General Manager checked on us to make sure all was going well and asked us if we needed anything. We even received a complimentary desert from him because we weee celebrating our Anniversary. Very focused on making patrons happy.

United StatesLost power our first night there. PITCH BLACK in the room & no emergency lighting, so that was concerning. No microwave, extra towels, blankets/pillows in the room. No phone in room to reach the front desk, etc.
The staff were ALL excellent. Very courteous & helpful. The location is walking distance away from the casino ballroom, so that was great. Dining on site was also a nice convenience. Shower had good water pressure.

United StatesThe hotel is in desperate need of renovations and updates. I feel charging a solo traveler $236 for a Sunday night off season is absurd. The staff couldn’t give me any ideas on where I could legally obtain parking when everything they had to offer was full and just told me to “park wherever you can”. I felt staff could be more friendly and willing to help their customers. The bathroom had eyelash extensions on the floor upon my arrival and a pungent smell of a cheap cleaner like another smell was being covered. It’s disappointing because I stayed in this hotel as a young kid and have fond memories of it.
The property is a prime location for enjoying Hampton Beach and all it has to offer.
