Hampton 6107 unit is in need of several repairs. Owners have neglected it and should not be on your list

The complex was beautiful. Pool area and access to beach was amazing. The condo has a lot of poor conditions that need to be fixed. And it should not be rented as it is!

The Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom was broken. It wasn't a huge deal as we mostly used the shower and the resort had a shared hot tub.

I liked that there was enough room for our whole family. We didn't feel like we were sleeping on top of each other. The closet in the master bedroom was beautiful.

I couldn't get the windows open and the guest room tub was high to step into.

loved the short walk to the beach and the balcony. rooms were spacious and clean. The kitchen had all necessary appliances that worked great for our stay. The pool and hot tub were also a short walk and were well maintained.

Again, the actual space/set-up inside was perfect for us. The condo, however, is definitely aging and showing a lot of wear and tear. We aren't super picky about that kind of thing but if you are, this isn't the place for you. Bathrooms/kitchen need updating, whirlpool tubs don't work, wallpaper is peeling off, baseboards are old and show dirt etc.. Fridge water/ice maker didn't work etc.. I think things that bother me the most is reading reviews of complaints from the past couple of years that the owner still hasn't addressed (that would be VERY easy and cheap) The cheapo blinds in the master are missing one or two, making it very difficult to sleep as light comes in from them. The pillows do get replaced frequently but are cheap (bring your own if you are picky with that). These are so easy to fix and make life easier so if you are reading this owner, please do it! Also, there are a decent amount of things in the kitchen but no baking sheets and only a few plates/bowls so plan to use paper. Also, the patio only seats four so perfect for our group of three but not big enough for a larger family. With all of this said, it is one of the more reasonably priced places we have stayed and we would still consider coming back.

The location is great! Every condo on that property has a great view of the ocean and pool. The area this property is located in is a fantastic biking area with a general store, a couple restaurants, and fantastic beach to be at without the huge crowds. The extra closet had beach chairs and toys which was so nice (my guess is they were left by another renter and may or may not be available down the road). The actual space and set-up in the condo was perfect for us (huge master on one side and private area with second bedroom with 2 doubles, a w/in closet and bathroom on the other) and it was clean. If you read the reviews from the past couple of years you will see that people said the beds are super uncomfortable. We thought they were just fine! There are other things that the owner hasn't dealt with however. (see next section)

The shower for the two bedrooms didn't work very well, the pressure was very weak. The beds need better pillows for comfort.

besides an update to the rooms there really wasn't anything negative about our stay. we had an issue when we arrived that the air conditioner was stuck on 75 degrees but they sent someone right a way to remedy the problem.

I loved the convienance of the distance from room to pool and beach. The room was very spacious and beautiful views. The room was fully stocked with appliances and dishware. The rooms were a little dated but that did not take away from the stay at all. Location to all family friendly restaurants and upper classy places to eat.

Shower faucet in master bathroom did not work so until management could find a plumber we could not shower the first 2 days out of 5 days. When we arrived the condo was infested with fruit flies. Management came the second day and poured Clorox in the drains but did not help. I bought flying insect spray and that got rid of most of them.

The mattress cover had two large stains from what appears to have been bodily fluid. We noticed this when we stripped the bed before we left. Bathrooms could use a little love with newer shower/tub and faucets

We were given a code to the lock box, but the key was not in the envelope left for us. We arrived at 5:30, and the office closed at 5:00. I called the after hours line and we had to wait for someone to return to the office to give us the keys.

The office was about 2 miles away, but was on the way to the property.

The master bedroom bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. The master bedroom door doesn't lock either. The window blinds need repaired. There were many gnats upon arrival. The shower appeared to have areas of mold.

Well I was told that we had two jacuzzis one in each bathroom neither one of them worked even though they were jets in the tub there was no mechanical devices to stop them so they were just bathtubs with with jets no jacuzzi other than that everything was pretty good except the blinds were missing off the not as nice as I was told it was going to be not as nice I was told it was going to be me and my wife were very disappointed on the cleanliness and everything else window the dining room table was disgusting when we walked in and they were s*** all over the place someone should have vacuumed it
