United StatesThere was a great view of the road, if you like that sort of thing. The water backed up in the tub while I was showing. There wasn't great water pressure to begin with. The know in the shower had been screwed in too tight. A piece on the side was broken and fell off during my shower. I stepped on it while trying to find it. The TV screen was filthy and was almost impossible to watch. The light as you enter the room was not working. Despite the no smoking signs, the hall really smelt really badly like cigarette smoke. Overall, It wasn't quite hourly rate room bad, but maybe monthly rate room bad. It was really expensive for the location and the overall quality.
The staff was not rude, but not super friendly either. The beds were comfortable. It was mostly quiet there. The room was clean, except for the TV and the small amount of mold in the bathtub. There was a mini fridge and a microwave in the room. Both were clean and in working condition. The towels were clean, and there was a sufficient amount in the bathroom. The room was a good size for two people. The chair in the room was comfortable and clean.

United StatesIt is advertised as having an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was empty and looks like there is construction going on in there. I think that should have been mentioned during reservations. I chose this hotel because of the hot tub, it would be good for my husband.
I have a hard time going up and down stairs due to an injury. I requested a 1st floor room. When I arrived they had me in a 2nd floor room, there is no elevator, only stairs. I mentioned that at the desk. They apologized and fixed it right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Hampton Beach and Plum Island.

United StatesIt is an older building so there isn't an elevator. We knew this going in , so it was fine. The pillows were hard. We usually bring our own pillows to any hotel but didn't want to carry them up the stairs. Extra trip...... the ac blows too hard right at the bed. If the bed was on the other side of the room it would be better
It was a convenient location. It was clean. Decent sized room. Friendly staff. I love that the fridge and microwave were clean. Overall good stay. Could rate higher but no elevator and carpet in hall needs cleaning or replacing.

GreeceI found it annoying, however, that we could not use the balcony. Why have one, if guests are not allowed to sit out on it and enjoy it? It also would have been nice if towels had been provided at the pool rather than having to go back to my room.
