The ac didn’t work correctly, we could only set ac to 68 and it would not go below 73 and it was so hot in there. Not happy about that. The construction equipment took up a ton of parking spots so parking was a bit of a nightmare.

The ability to watch separate television as when other is relaxing in living room suite area...the bathroom toilet was really to low even for most individuals...a little higher would be perfect I believe...Overall a great stay...

Just more stores around the area - we seemed to drive a distance to get to anything, but maybe I'm just not used to the Seattle area. Good to have a subway right next door though.

Breakfast was ok - good variety but not real eggs! When it got crowded, food ran out for a while, but staff did bring more after a while. Easy on and off highway, not much for stores around the area though

Walls are thin and other guests were quite loud at most hours as well as the desk chair in our room had a bad odor coming from it as well as the mini fridge having a strong pepperoni smell.

Loved the super friendly staff! They were warm and welcoming and helped with whatever we needed. Location was super convenient for going both to the Evergreen college as well as the malls. Parking felt safe and loved how close it was to Subway!

Only 1 of 2 dryers was working to accompany 2 available washers, and we needed to wash clothes the 1 night we were there; however thankfully our room was right next door (Room 107) and we were first to use the washers, so only an issue for those we came after us. Also found there were no clean towels and an over-flowing of used towels in the gym, but that was easily and quickly remedied by a call to the front desk.

Great, felt-safe location with lots of surrounding parking and a Starbucks nearby. Very comfortable and spacious room. Nice gym, pool area, and convenient coined-laundry on the 1st floor; gym and laundry had 24 hour access. Lovely breakfast options, and especially liked the available 24/7 coffee/tea area, perfect for when we visited in chilly March.

Very loud on the floor above us! We could hear constant banging like people were wrestling above us, at 1130pm. Had to turn up tv and try to go to sleep with tv on

I would like to have had more direction with adjusting the thermostat for heating the room. I didn't understand the symbols, so had difficulty adjusting the heat. However, it didn't seem to make much of a difference in my comfort.

The breakfast was excellent - lots of choices. I didn't see a creamer for the coffee that was non-dairy. It would have allowed me to have coffee which I had to skip (medical issue). Otherwise, there were enough choices available. I had a request for an early check-in which was given to me and which I very much appreciated. I loved the 42 in. TV and the arrangement of the furniture in the room - it seemed cozy while still being tastefully decorated.
