Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI didn't like that we had no option for self parking and that it cost 72.00 plus tax. Maybe have a cheaper parking rate for people who stay more than 1 day? It would be nice if there were scrambled eggs, and bacon added to breakfasts foods for us people who can't have sugar or carbs.
The location, right next to Excel Energy Stadium! Bars and food places right next door and across the street! The ladies at the check in desk are absolutely wonderful people! We will go back in 3 years for the next Ghost Ritual! Can't wait!!!

Excellent location for the reason we were in town. We went to a concert at the XCel Center. Perfect location to walk to the venue.

Everything was perfect. We loved staying there so close to the Excel Center. The staff was exceptional- so super nice & told us great places to eat. We went to their best suggestion, the Downtowner & enjoyed a fantastic meal. Having valet parking is so wonderful & everyone is so helpful & kind. We will be staying there again. My grandsons & husband thought it was the nicest hotel they’d ever stayed at. Thank you for making our Christmas gift to our grandsons such an awesome weekend. We loved especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. Such great people!!
