Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Finding a used coffee bag in coffee maker of room. Not a big deal, but house keeping should check everything before leaving the room. Other than that, everything was great
best breakfast bar I've seen in a motel yet. Clean, love the seating arrangement. Can't remember the lady's name that ran & cred for the breakfast bar, but she did fantastic job. Kudos to her. I used to do the breakfast bar for another motel, wasn't as big, I know what it takes, She should get a raise.

The fan I'm the bathroom didn't work and they didn't take any trash out of the room except the small cans. We had food trash and cans in there next to the trash can they left.
Hotel was great and the pool too. Very clean and quiet.

There was nothing that I didn't like.
Very pleasant staff. Asked to check in early as we had a full day ahead, and they granted us that. Nice clean rooms. I thought the breakfast was better than most other chains complimentary breakfast. Large selection of items to choose from.

Could have used more towels/washcloths. Missed the makeup wipes that many places provide. Bed almost too soft.
Location was excellent, right off the highway and near restaurants. Pretty room, nicely designed. Breakfast is always special with waffles and scrambled eggs.

The bathroom and closet share a barn-style door which saves space, but there is a 1-inch gab between the door and the wall which limits privacy, and the sliding bar has cheap plastic braking mechanisms at each end of the bar, and my husband once was trapped in the bathroom. The guy at the front desk was able to free us quickly, but had to break part of the rod in order to do so. He assured me this doesn't happen often. The shower water temperature was extremely variable, frequently too cold for my preferences. Water pressure also was slightly lacking. While the walk-in shower is spacious and probably ideal for those with mobility challenges, it's difficult for small kids, and there was no bathtub for our daughter to use. We had a few tears as I washed her hair.
We had to check in later than their normal hours, so the front desk checked us in before we even arrived. The staff were all courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was and bed were generally comfortable—the air conditioner/heater worked very well, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge were useful, and there were plenty of drawers and closet space. The bathroom fully supplied with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion in plentiful supply. Breakfast was lovely, with a large variety of options, both sweet and savory, with some variation morning to morning. My family had fun in the pool, which is inviting and nicely maintained.

I liked everything about this hotel. Large check-in area, beautifully decorated, spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, very clean, great location, and most of all very quiet. I wish all hotels I stay in were like this one.

Tiny refrigerator and tiny microwave; access to either was not very convenient. Insufficient water pressure in shower. Awkward access to shower/toilet area. Would be nice to have HOT coffee available in lobby later in the day.
Great room layout, everything very clean. Ample parking. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful window shades that kept room dark when we wanted that. Good breakfast offerings. Loved the omelets. We didn't take our dog but appreciate that they allow pets.

The room was kind of dark. There were only a couple lights in the main area.
The beds were cozy. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.
