Booking misunderstanding almost derailed the whole visit. They sent out a notice that mandatory masking was in place. After clearing up that stubbed toe, everything went very well.

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was well above the local norm, which is already good. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. It was very quiet.

Not being used to air con - we don't really need it in the UK :) I found it noisy but easy to work out and was thankful for it due to the heat.

The friendliness of the staff absolutely made the holiday especially Makayla and Iya who were super lovely and very very helpful but to be fair we found everyone to be lovely but just did not get any other names unfortunately. We stayed here 3 times between travelling and it almost felt like coming home :):) The breakfast staff were also very very pleasant and helpful as well. There was a friendly bar/sports bar ish just through the carpark which had live music at weekends and it was a 15 minute ish walk to Domain - a shopping/eating area which was handy Also the local petrol station did have a good supply of groceries and snacks if you needed but the hotel also did sell snacks etc. All in all a great stay - many thanks to the staff. My husband and I would have no hesitation in staying here in the future.

Included breakfast was about the norm, not anything to write home about. The waffle iron was there, but the options for batter were pumpkin spice and malt vanilla! Maybe those are something some people would want, but I would have appreciated just a traditional plain waffle, so I skipped the waffles. When I was ready to check-in for my flight and print my boarding pass ( I guess I am a dinosaur) there was no cubby hole "business center" with a computer/printer. I checked-in on my tablet but had to email a pdf of my boarding docs to the front desk to be printed, and getting that downloaded from the airline site using my tablet was a hassle. Really, I consider this private and like to do this myself, and printing from a computer directly from the check-in would have been a snap.

Comfortable clean rooms. Lots of parking Pretty nice sitting area for visiting and breakfast off the main lobby. Water bottle filling station in the lobby area.

The staff is very friendly and the room clean and comfortable. Marcos at the front desk, Reina our housekeeper and the lady at breakfast (12/28/24) were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Difficulty with access to pool, had to go through lobby to access and did have some success returning t h rough side door with room key access.

Breakfast buffet was well stocked with good variety of food items.

At check in they require a $50 fee in the credit card that they do not announce in booking. The is only one microwave in the reception. There was only one elevator working and the floor numbers were not visible until 4th floor. It took extra time to access room in the 5th floor. There is no daily room service and they only replace amenities upon request. We almost ran out of toilet paper. The wifi is an open network and it was really difficult to configure in a macbook pro. I did not have everything that I needed for work available throw the connection.

The pool was opened with many seats and towels and the breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Coffee and hot water available along the day. A lot of space to work within the lobby completly covered with plugs.
