When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast had NO taste and nothing was hot. Stayed two nights, no maid service after first night. Beds unmade No fresh towels Saw one housekeeping cart and no housekeeper during visit. I was looking forward to using the hot tub listed in ad.
Not good! The hot food was cold and without taste. Not enough tables and chairs for the space.

Pool was very cold. No housekeeping services if you are staying multiple days. Afternoon staff not efficient or accommodating. No hot tub despite saying their was online. Stayed at other Hamptons and they were wonderful. Birch Run needs to improve!

No hot tub/indoor pool very cold. Continental breakfast not very prepared efficiently, biscuits & gravy was empty at 9am and no more was to made, the waffle batter tasted like flour. When the hotel was full of guests and there was many pa patrons in the breakfast area.

Located just off the highway and very convenient to where we wanted to be. The toilets in a standard room should all be handicapped tall as I have an injury and was difficult getting on and off the toilet 😞

We went to check the bathroom so our young children could use it and there was a pink electric cigarette sitting in reach of our children sitting on the counter of our bathroom. I took it to the front desk and she just said thank you.. also there were lots of used bandaids in the pool area.
The breakfast was decent and the pool area was nice. The rooms were a nice size and had what we needed or wanted for our stay.

was there with a service dog and they charged me a $50 deposit, per ada law they was not to do that, and are room had a musty smell along with mold in window area and it bugged my allergy.

As soon as we entered our room, we were hit by a strong sweaty smell. It was such a contrast from the clean and good smell of the hallway, the carpet was also dirty, could see the stains, and could probably be the cause of the sweaty smell.
The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. parking was great, we had enough space. The breakfast was also great! And that theres a space for heating and eating food. It was a good distance from frankenmuth :)

1.The beds were too hard. 2.The soap dispenser is too high up on the wall above the sink and hard to reach. 3.We didn't realize the heat wasn't turned on until the morning and it was 63 degrees. Please just mention the guest needs to turn it on. 4.Please consider offering gluten free food items so every guest can enjoy breakfast.
The staff was wonderful and the pool and hot tub were perfect.

The pillows were a little hard, but I am a pillow snob. Other than that, I cannot complain at all. Overall great place to stay, great staff, and would come back :).
We were very impressed. The Hampton was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was great! The pool and hot tub area was clean and the water was warm. Would highly recommend. It was close to all of the shopping!

The carpet in 316 is horrible, it needs to be replaced. Does not give you that clean feel. Also the bathroom toilet was dirty.

The room would not regulate to a temperature that satisified me. Too warm. Tub had a slow drain. What's up with the toddler height toilet!!!!!!!!!!!! That was annoying. Not enough room in the breakfast area to sit but the food was good and the area clean.
Overall staff and facility was nice and clean.
