When I arrived, the Internet was down. I only found out by asking for the password. The desk clerk wasn't apologetic, nor did he have any information about it. When I came down later to check, he was outside on his phone with no one attending the desk

The bed spring poked me as I slept. The side door was unlocked from the outside that made me nervous all night.

Room was a smaller than the one we stayed at the Hyatt Place. Mainly the Hyatt place had a sitting area with a pull out sofa and this room did not. But the price was better here and the room and hotel I think were a little cleaner and more up to date than at the Hyatt Place (at least from a few years ago). I like the location of this one better as it is closer to Summit Park and I walk in the morning.

Hotel was nice and clean and a good location for attending the Cincy Open tennis tournament. The staff was friendly and the room was nice, smaller than some of the other places but since we were not in the room often, it was fine for us and a normal room size for most places. Parking was free. The breakfast was good especially for a free breakfast.

The bed was uncomfortable, the sheets did not fit the bed and the blanket was not enough.

It was very clean and up to date.

It wasn’t a clean surrounding and did not appear to be a safe area. The property needs fenced and gated to help secure guests property.

Asked for shampoo to refilled, was not done during our stay. Breakfast the food was cold when I was suppose to warm.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and found it great that she was welcomed too! We will definitely book travel at Hampton Inns again.

Maintenance items seem to be neglected, as if management hasn't put a cent into up keeping the property since it was built. One of the shelves in the bathroom was repaired really shoddy, and there was a nasty stain on one of the couch cushions. If they're going to keep running this place without proper maintenance, it's going to be run down in a few years.

Low price for the quality, but you can tell that it's starting to be neglected. This hotel still looks almost brand new, but things don't seem to be up kept.

Not as modern as most hotel. Some rust in bathrooms. Not a huge deal. Needs some updating.

Property was very clean and the place was very quiet.

One of the two rooms was not ready until 5 pm and the indoor pool was freezing cold. Indoor pool must be heated.

Breakfast was nice and had a good verity of food items. The rooms connected which made communication easy. Rooms were by the elevator and ice machine was very convenient.

Got locked out of room with all belongings in there and no keys worked. Staff had to break in with some hook and that took forty minutes. Night staff barely spoke English as well..rooms were not great as far as clean. Need to clean behind couches and sofa beds
