When I arrived there seemed to be a smell in the room. With a bit of time and investigation I whittled it down to the a/c unit BUT only when the fan was on. If the a/c was on but the fan wasn't you didn't smell a thing. I'm sensitive to things like that (flashbacks of horrible hotels) but fortunately once I turned off the fan all was well. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay centrally in Branson.

The breakfast choice was good - each day there was a variation on how the eggs were made. They had maple sausage (not sure I've got that name right!) fruit, juices, cereals, breads and bagels, american biscuits and gravy. There was also an all day provision of decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, hot water and provisions for hot chocolate and herbal teas. I was on my own and was left to my privacy when I wanted it; when I spoke to staff they were always polite, friendly and really helpful. Having such friendly staff makes such a material difference to how the stay goes and they were great! I went to the hotel specifically because I was attending an event at Faith Life Church Branson, MO. If you are going there this is the perfect hotel as it is literally around the back of the hotel.

We stayed during spring break the water in the pool was nice and warm the hot breakfast was good variety of choices staff was really friendly rooms were nice and clean

The hotel wasn’t the cleanest as opposed to other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The trash can was gross, there was a full piece of chocolate on the floor beside the nightstand and a couple pieces of hair in the sink. For the high cost of staying here, I expected it to be cleaner. Also, I expected more of a variety with the hot breakfast.

The location is probably the biggest positive about this this hotel. Although the location didn’t matter to me, it’d be a great location to access the attractions on the Western side of town without needing to drive.

There was an unpleasant odor in the hallway and in the room as if the carpets had been shampooed. The hall carpet was quite stained.

Breakfast was good . Area was clean and well staffed. Staff was very attentive to needs.

I think this location needs renovation, since everything was a little worn and dingy. I expected it to be more similar to the Hampton Inns I've stayed at before. This definitely needs updating and new items.

This hotel is looking quiet worn, hall carpet was VERY stained, lobby furniture looked scratched & worn.

The bathroom was dirty. There was no hand washing soap. The closet had an old leak stain in the ceiling tile. The sink was leaking. It definitely was not as clean as it had been in the past.

Staff was friendly. It’s right on the strip. Breakfast was good. Mattresses were very comfortable.

Until we printed out our information (after paying), we did not know the hotel was under a complete renovation. The computers used to check in were not working properly, the room we stayed in was in great need of overhaul (I know this is coming but we paid to stay here), the breakfast was a pack and go because there was no place to sit (it was in a laundry area), and much of the building was closed off for renovation. Either the hotel should have been closed until it is renovated, or the price of rooms should be drastically dropped. We paid around $200 to stay in a room that was worth maybe $75 a night. It really hurt our opinion of Hampton Inns!

The location was fine and the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

Entire place is old and dingy. Beds felt like they were 20 years old. Mattress was Saggy and uncomfortable. Carpet in hallways had stains, chairs in breakfast area were cracked, pealing and dingy. Then entire place is tired and needs a refresh!

The bathroom could use a touch up. It was starting to show some ware.

WE were celebrating our 60th anniversary and the staff took time to decorate our room with rose petals, towels folded like swans and sparkling grape juice. What a nice surprise.

The fleas in the room bit me up and my 87yr Mom got bit also. I found a flea on the soap dish in the morning that's how i know it was fleas. Because it was booked thru the Booking .com they could not refund me.

I paid over $225 for this room . We always stay at Hampton because I feel like I know what I will be getting , but I was very disappointed in this Hampton Inn . The carpets seemed old and dirty, and the rooms smelled bad. The lobby and breakfast area were what I expected but the rooms seemed badly in need of updating.

Same egg omlet served at every other hotel, same potatoes with similar spices as the frekin eggs and chicken sausage? give me a break! What , you buy from the same frozen food provider as everybody else? at Hilton prices? Cmon dudes, you want my repeat business, step up the offerings. BIG problem- no usb ports on the lights, outlets noplace? That was upgraded 15 years ago!!! And no ice machine on the floor? Had to go down to the lobby!!! Thought I was back in the 1980's!
