    Didn’t have breakfast/ it was in the laundry room And you had to take it back to your room. Extremely inconvenient

    I’m not sure whose fault it is. But the hotel was under a serious renovation. It was not Listed as such on internet. I paid through your company - 182. It ended up costing me 234. With the condition of the hotel/ should’ve been cheaper instead of higher Will not stay there again/ or use your company again.

    The location was fine and the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances.

    Until we printed out our information (after paying), we did not know the hotel was under a complete renovation. The computers used to check in were not working properly, the room we stayed in was in great need of overhaul (I know this is coming but we paid to stay here), the breakfast was a pack and go because there was no place to sit (it was in a laundry area), and much of the building was closed off for renovation. Either the hotel should have been closed until it is renovated, or the price of rooms should be drastically dropped. We paid around $200 to stay in a room that was worth maybe $75 a night. It really hurt our opinion of Hampton Inns!

    Staff and location were great. Breakfast was acceptable.

    Entire place is old and dingy. Beds felt like they were 20 years old. Mattress was Saggy and uncomfortable. Carpet in hallways had stains, chairs in breakfast area were cracked, pealing and dingy. Then entire place is tired and needs a refresh!

    WE were celebrating our 60th anniversary and the staff took time to decorate our room with rose petals, towels folded like swans and sparkling grape juice. What a nice surprise.

    The bathroom could use a touch up. It was starting to show some ware.

    The breakfast choice was good - each day there was a variation on how the eggs were made. They had maple sausage (not sure I've got that name right!) fruit, juices, cereals, breads and bagels, american biscuits and gravy. There was also an all day provision of decaffeinated and caffeinated coffee, hot water and provisions for hot chocolate and herbal teas. I was on my own and was left to my privacy when I wanted it; when I spoke to staff they were always polite, friendly and really helpful. Having such friendly staff makes such a material difference to how the stay goes and they were great! I went to the hotel specifically because I was attending an event at Faith Life Church Branson, MO. If you are going there this is the perfect hotel as it is literally around the back of the hotel.

    When I arrived there seemed to be a smell in the room. With a bit of time and investigation I whittled it down to the a/c unit BUT only when the fan was on. If the a/c was on but the fan wasn't you didn't smell a thing. I'm sensitive to things like that (flashbacks of horrible hotels) but fortunately once I turned off the fan all was well. I would definitely stay again and I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay centrally in Branson.
