    It was very noisy. We could hear people slamming their doors closed, a dog barking, people taking showers late at night & talking while walking down the hall. One of the beds sounded like it’s about to fall apart. Sitting on it & moving around in it was making a lot of noise. The other bed was fine. I’m also a light sensitive person, when sleeping, & there was a lot of light around the window covering.

    The room was clean. The parking lot is well lighted. The breakfast had a great selection of things to eat & was good! The coffee was also good!! Most of the staff was friendly as well.

    the elevator took forever and for the price of the room I expected a little more

    The ceiling fan in our room didn't work so one of the friendly staff at the front desk lent us her personal fan. I didn't like the inconvenience for a small issue. I would have given a 10 but this was the issue.

    I love how the clean the facilities were and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was amazing too! Great attitude and polite.

    Our keys to one of the rooms quit working and we had to get more made. When you only spend one night, that’s not convenient.

    The aroma in the room could have been better: the room smelled like the old Long John Silver's shop in town--fishy.

    The breakfast offerings were pleasantly ample--much better than they were at two other properties in town at earlier dates. We particularly enjoyed the fruity juicy-type drinks.

    Brownwood is the most expensive hotels I've ever booked. Not sure why they are so expensive. Also pool was down in the middle of summer.

    I stayed for 5 nights, and facilities were good and the staff was friendly. I would have given higher rating, but one morning the kitchen staff didn’t show up and they had no breakfast. Was not a good way to start a work day!

    Housekeeping did not clean our room. We need our trash taken out and we had no clean towels. My husband had too ask the front desk for a large trash bag and towels. Very disappointed. We paid good money for the hotel. We should have not have too be our own housekeeper’s!

    they charged me for a room I already paid for. the key didn’t work half the time. the bed was hard as a rock. the staff were rude.

    slow check-in.. seemed someone was in training. took 20 min to check in. Cards did not work consistently on my room.. had to swipe 2-4 times to get to work. Wi-Fi was cut off way prior to checkout. was told it was because it was my checkout day? had to use my personal hotspot. Aternatively, the Hampton inn location in Norman OK this last weekend was great.

    It took me 45 minutes to check in because the key cards didn't work. After multiple trips to rooms/doors that wouldn't open, waiting for the maintenance man to check it, changing rooms, etc., I finally got to my third room and found a key card that worked. Unfortunately, that room turned out to not be very comfortable due to the ineffective air conditioner/very high humidity in the room. I was there for two nights and the towels didn't dry, the floor seemed sticky and I had to set the AC on about 62 degrees to make it through the night.

    The bed was comfortable and the sheets, bathroom and room were clean. While I had some issues, the staff was always very nice.

    A hot shower

    Cold Shower only. I was told some of the rooms have the plumbing backwards... Hot is cold and cold is hot.
