The ONLY thing was (perhaps my preference) the pillows were a little too squishy, although they had 4 to choose from! Other than that, nothing to complain about!

Everything was wonderful! Bed was comfy, room noise was quiet. It was just perfect! The hotel and room smelled clean, looked clean, and was VERY clean and fresh! Good breakfast choices to start your day. The staff is truly EXCEPTIONAL!

This facility is connected to a water park. We didn't go to the water park, and the carpet in our room was wet from previous guests. Despite air conditioning, the room kinda smelled like old wet rags.

Great location for us, above average breakfast, we happened to get a very convenient room; friendly, helpful staff, goof luggage carts.

Misled by the waterpark passes. Internet says you get free waterpark use while staying at this location. As pricey as the stay was, waterpark should have been included.

The breakfast was a joke… Both waffle machines were out of order, the juice machine was out of order, they didn’t put the coffee in the receptacles, but just had to coffee makers sitting there. There was no serving utensil with the bread and bagels so you had to use a napkin with your fingers. Overall, it was a very big disappointment!!

Nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and we loved the waffle bar. Water park next door was great. It is not included with the price of the stay but the hotel desk will give you vouchers for discount tickets. My daughter playing in a softball tournament at the Genesis Sports complex, this hotel was right in front of the complex. I would recommend staying at this property for those playing at the fields.

I didn't like that the water park wasn't included that's the reason we booked the hotel at 130 a night when there were other places for way less and better value with paying extra for the water park..

The hotel was clean. Tori and Leigh was amazing life guards at the water park and helped my daughter and myself. The breakfast was great too.

The hotel advertises the water park (Blast Off Bay) as if it is included in the cost. This hotel runs $250/night. This cost is unacceptable if the amenities expected are not part of the package. The breakfast does not have a variety of options. The bathtub was broken and the showerhead turned on while using the bath. There were no hooks or racks for towels.

Very clean facility with large rooms. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. The staff are friendly and courteous. The location is perfect and close to businesses.

I didn’t like that Booking.com presented this as a stay at a hotel with a waterpark when the waterpark is actually a separate entity I had to pay for entirely AFTER the fact, which negatively impacted my family’s experience. I feel manipulated as the hotel’s website is clear about the hotel stay NOT including the waterpark admission but booking.com doesn’t say that anywhere AND promotes it as such with the main photo being a photo of the waterpark. 0/10 for booking.com & 9/10 for the hotel!

I didn’t care for the pillows, to big and fluffy. I will bring my own if I stay here again. The water park hours were 11 to 7 on a sat. So if you’re doing anything else in the area it would be hard to do both in the same day. No other swimming pool for kids to swim later in the evening.

It was close to Tanganyika wildlife park and the water park was attached to the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly.

Several parties were going on in the parking lot, which was not a problem. But the amount of trash left was kind of a nuisance.

We arrived at 3, and were told that we would have to pay an extra $25 to check-in at that time. Had to show them that is not what was on our Booking reservation, and so they did not charge us. In addition, the hotel does not offer a water park as part of the stay. It is adjacent to the water park and provides a discount, but we could have stayed at another Hampton in the area at 1/2 the cost, paid full admission for 5 people for the two days, and saved at least $100.
