Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pool with closed for maintenance & that’s one of the top things we look for when making hotel reservations.
Very clean & seemed to have been recently updated.

We have stayed there 4 times so far, and they have yet to fix the hot tub. It has been broken for over a year. Also, it would be nice to be able to open a window The rooms tend to get a bit dank and smelly after a few days of occupancy

The snacks available by the front desk were way over priced! We usually take our own snacks but didn't this time. So we checked out the snacks there. We did not purchase any due to the price. They did have complimentary cookies that were yummy tho.
All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good but the first morning the oatmeal wasn't cooked and we had to ask for things that were not stocked and it wasn't busy at all so it wasn't for that reason.

The room was fine, it was very dark in there though. Not much lighting. There was also some crumbled chips on the carpet when we arrived in our room.
The staff was very helpful and so friendly!

I explained all at the top!
The breakfast was Great!. They had such an awesome selection!. The lady or cook who did the breakfast wasn't too friendly, she stared at you the whole time we got our food, we felt a little self-conscious, so we only ate breakfast once, during our 3 nite stay. Unfortunately, the pool was chipping at the bottom, which is extremely dangerous for kids! The Hot Tub, (which I was REALLY looking forward to), was broke down and did not work the whole time during our stay!, As well as the computer/business room. Neither computer worked, and only one mouse pad worked. So, that's two services we didn't get to enjoy!🤦♀️.. And the staff did not notify us before hand when booking our room, or even checking in that the hot tub and computer room were not available or working. Our room was an extremely uncomfortable, sleepless stay! We are a family of five. So, when we booked two queen size beds, we assumed they were actually queen size. They definitely were not!. They were just barely full size, and one of us had to literally sleep on the floor, two nites out of our stay!. Our room was extremely small, we were on top of each other like sardines! I had to get extra pillows, and sheets to pile on the floor, just so we could have enough room to sleep. And what was so aggravating also was, I had to keep going to the front desk over & over 3 or 4 times everyday, to get garbage bags for the two very small trash cans in our room. They were so tiny, that after eating one meal, it was full. When we checked in our room, their were no garbage bags at all. Just the empty cans. We were there for almost four days, and not one person came to our door to change our trash, give us any extra towels/wash clothes, nothing! I literally carried down the elevator everyday bags of garbage to give to the front desk to take out.

Pool was temporarily closed.
Easy on and off from I-275. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Staff were very freindly. Good breakfast. Typical: eggs, meat, potatoes, waffle maker.
