The accommodation for a handicap room was not adequate. The bed was a full size bed, making it very uncomfortable for two people to sleep. The shower did not have any accommodation for an handicap person to sit and take an shower.

I would have liked a microwave and refrigerator, but the page clearly states that not all rooms have these amenities so I was not disappointed by not having these.

Great staff, very friendly. Our coffee maker didn't work so I asked for a replacement and got it quickly. The breakfast was more than just muffins and bagels; it included different types of eggs, a waffle maker, cereals, and a juice dispenser. The room was comfortable, and the location is in a good neighborhood.

I wish you had a few more options in vending machines, and the nob on the tub was broken. And the remote control wouldn't let us select Netflix or prime so only had cable to choose from.

Not all rooms are upgraded- had to ask to have one with microwave and refrigerator Food was ok- need more meat options and to have plain eggs, ran out of waffle mix first morning Staff was friendly and kind Ice machine did not work on my floor and there wasn’t one on every floor Did not get offered extra towels or to exchange dirty towels from first night to get clean towels in the morning for next night Pool was disgusting and unswimable Someone came to knock on our door prior to checkout time, making us feel rushed

Water pressure in shower was a little low.

I had called ahead to request early check and was told no problem. When I arrived at 1pm the desk attendant said room was not ready and couldn’t tell me when one would be ready and I had until midnight to check in. When explained that I need to check in in order to get ready for a function at 2 pm, she went to talk to someone so presume the manager. When she returned she upgraded me to a king room from a double at no extra charge so was impressed with their customer service.

Smelled urine on 2nd floor when elevator was opened and on front of my door's room and as well as a little in my room.

They said they were preparing for renovations so our room did not have a mini fridge as noted on the description, just seemed random that everything else was intact but that. It felt much more like a budget hotel than the pictures advertised.

Front staff was a bit rude. It was some guy. We had gotten there by 145 close to 2pm from a long 15hr drive from Florida. I called first and asked are our rooms available to check in right now. He stated yes but when we got there only 1 of the 3 rooms was available. So we all just waited. Because i didnt want my card charged 3 times i just wanted it charged the full total but no. Housekeeping went into our room twice. That morning they knocked on the door and we said we only need towels. They gave us towels and moved on to the next room but upon our return after leaving we noticed they still came in and restocked the towels again although we hadnt used them. They fixed our beds and threw out stuff that wasnt trash and nor was it sitting near the trash cans. Language issue because they only spoke Spanish so we had to figure out how to talk to them. Breakfast was cold so we had to find breakfast each day.

Well-maintained, clean property. Front desk (Nathan) among others provides excellent attention! Cleaning staff, attentive and friendly. This is a well-managed property.

No Toilet paper..we used the Tissue Box ..had less than a half roll up on arrival and no extra roll in bathroom Room was very small and pillows were small Bedding quilts moved around when you slept They took a deposit of 100 and upon check out I was going to pay balance with a different card and was told I had a Zero Balance so they took it all on the same card ..also they don't take cash A tour bus load came in late and the hallways were noisy so we could hear doors slamming shut all night and yelling in the hallways We didnt sleep that night if the funeral so we got up early and checked out I didn't see food set out for early risers as it was suppose to be breakfast also ... Usually there is a table with 2 chairs to sit and eat or whatever and missed that too

Convince to location to family We came in for a family funeral and was able to check in a little early to allow us to unpack and make room to go to airport to pick up another family member
