No TV listing and ice machine on my floor not working and when I asked to put a sign under the room listing they never did what I asked to do so

The location was safe as a solo traveler with belongings in the car.

Did not like fact that there was a dog in breakfast room during breakfast and a dog in elevator with us once !! even though pets are allowed there definitely should be restrictions in consideration of people that might be allergic or uncomfortable are animals .

The clerk at check in had an unprofessional attitude. We checked in at almost 5 pm and he proceeded to tell us that our room wasn’t ready yet. Then he said it was but we only had one hand towel. We had to call down and get the WiFi information as he gave us no information at check in. The clerks in the morning were very professional and friendly.

The pool is very cold to get in. It should be warmer as perfectly because can have fun without complain. The hot tub is very nice but unfortunately too much chemical as foam to hurt as burn our eyes and other people's also. Hopefully they willing to fix the right measure of chemical for hot tub in the future.

The breakfast is ok and just a different taste for me to try. The location is easy to find a destination. My boyfriend and I did actually enjoy the hotel and friendly staff to help us out. The dining room is awesome and can enjoy the relax to play the games or what else.

Check-out lasts until 11 am per Hampton Inn's posted policy on the entrance desk. However, there was no staff at the desk when my partner and I were checking out at 10:20 am. A staff member did pass by but told my partner that they were not trained on the desk but would find someone to check us out. My partner waited for ~10ish minutes for someone to check us out of our room. It turns out that the three staff members who were responsible for the front desk were outside smoking. One of them came inside and checked us out, and they immediately returned back outside to join the other two staff members on their smoke break. I found it strange that all three were taking their smoke break outside for an extended period of time, especially when it was still during the checkout period. I felt that this was atypical of the standard check-out experience.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Additionally, there was a desk area to set up for my partner to catch up on work. The breakfast had a variety of food and was open until 10:30, which was nice to be able to sleep in and still grab breakfast. The food served as the breakfast was good, and I liked that they had salsa cups to use for the eggs, sausage, and potatoes.
