Well, they had a construction and it was a little bit messy on the first floor but they are trying to improve the hotel.

Clean, quiet. Good people skills from staff- friendly. Breakfast was good. One of the nicer Hampton Inns I've stayed at.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The plug-in was out of the wall, and the lamp was broken, and when my son pulled out the couch bed, the sheets had something orange all over it.

the server/cook in the dining area was very short and dismissive when asked a question. the breakfast options were very limited compared to other. Hilton/Hampton we visited

the front desk staff were very accommodating and pleasant the house keeper were polite and helpful as well.

Arrived and room was stuffy. Turned on AC and discovered it was very loud (broken). Later went down to front desk to ask for assistance in turning off AC becuase I had a Zoom call and couldn't have it with the loud AC. Front desk person came up to the room when I requested help in turning the AC off and heard the loud AC. When I asked her if I could have another room, she didn't respond. Had to go down to front desk again (telephone in room also didn't work) at 1:30 am to request another room, which the desk person provided, although I had to move all my stuff. Didn't get back to sleep all night. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it because I'd booked using a 3rd party (Booking.com) ... won't do that again.

Our room was clean just on the older side with a little musty smell at first. The bed was firm and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was just ok. Coffee was good!

The Staff was very Friendly & Accomodating. We love that they had a Hot Tub & a Pool! We love that they had Free Breakfast & WIFI! We enjoyed the Free Cookies too! We appreciate that they even let us checkout at Noon instead of 11am!!! The Bed didn't make my back hurt!!

Took grandkids swimming. There were no towels in the swimming area. There was a sign on the wall if you need assistance you can use this phone. I told my granddaughter to pick up the phone and tell them that we needed some swimming towels. The front desk lady was walking by and she told her to quit playing with the phone. Not even saying anything to me I had to let her know that I told her to pick up the phone and let her know there was no swimming towels. We were the only three people in there. I told her she’s not gonna just pick up the phone and play with it. She’s 10 years old. She went on to say that a lot of kids play with the phone. I told her not all kids are the same and I am the adult here with her watching her.
