Will be nice, when done. New shower bodies put in over old ones-you could see old drain through the new one (not sure how easy that will be to clean), but shower floor made a weird noise, when you stepped on it, as it doesn’t seem to be supported underneath. Also toilet paper holder not properly installed, so holder fell off all the time. The contractor needs to check their work.

Was undergoing renovations, but was being kept clean. The pool (not yet opened, but would be in a few days) looked inviting. Beds comfortable. Breakfast very good (better than some other Hampton Inns). Staff friendly, offering fresh water when we checked in, letting us know we could easily get more. Only stayed one night, as we were traveling, but would definitely return.

Bathroom, wasn’t clean. Still had something left in the bathroom from previous guests. Shower/Bathroom wasn’t clean. Room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed very well. Trash cans very rusted. Breakfast area, kept running out of food each day, seemed like less and less items, even ran out of coffee creamer.

Hotel under renovations. I was put in old part of hotel. The shower faucet device to drain the water out wouldn’t pull up to release the water after taking a shower. I was there to go to a family funeral nearby.

My husband was upset that breakfast that was supposed to be at 6am was not ready until 7am. We booked here because we were doing a trail race at Fair Hill and wanted to use the pool afterwards for our sore muscles, much to our surprise the pool was being renovated and no where did it state that when our reservations were made, even the huge renovation sign in the lobby didn’t state pool on it!

Staff wasn't real friendly. Breakfast could have been better. We got to breakfast about 6.45 and they were already out of sausage. Rest of breakfast was ok. Also, went to take a shower and no shower curtain. Called front desk to ask for one & it came within a few minutes

the hotel was a quick 15 minute drive to the event we were attending. While the location was close to our event it was also in a sort of industrial area with several low end hotels. I felt safe and secure T the Hampton Inn

Side exterior door did not latch effectively; security issue. Also, the pool and fitness center were closed, reportedly due to Covid. However, full breakfast was open. Loved having the breakfast, but, really? The pool is closed due to Covid? Perhaps a more specific reason it is not available?

Josiah was the most exceptional front desk person. We arrived at 10:00pm and a line of individuals were waiting to check in. Josiah was so pleasant, explained to each of us about breakfast.

Room was clean but bathroom was dark, fixture over the sink wasn't working. Nothing terrible. Breakfast choices were limited.

Joshua, our front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Nice to be greeted by a smiling face on arrival!! Room was clean and ready on check in. Location is off the highway and quiet!! Would stay here again if traveling.
