Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesCould have been a little cleaner. Slight stains on blankets, floor didn't appear to be cleaned well. Light switches and other frequently touched areas were dirty (I cleaned them myself).
Staff were amazing! Kayla, the manager, was extraordinary! She was a great communicator, excellent at validating concerns and rectified situations very quickly. And....she worked alot that weekend, as it was very busy and she knew the staff needed breaks. Top notch way to supervise and run a "well oiled" hotel. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great!

United StatesThe one issue I did have was billing. When checking out, I asked the receptionist to pay the bill on 2 separate credit cards. However, when doing so, my card got charged the full amount and then another half on top of it. My mother's card was charged for the full amount as well. I called customer service to get it sorted out and they said that they would have a manager call in the afternoon to sort issues out. The afternoon came and nobody called. I called the hotel instead to sort out the issue and the receptionist said they would wipe the sale clean and start new. In the end, I never got charged and my mother got charged the full amount. Needless to say, we are just leaving it the way it is before even more confusion is caused. This took longer than the 48 hours that they suggest to let the banks sort out the transactions too.
The hotel was mostly fine. It was a little dirty in places but mostly it was good. I did not have breakfast either. It seemed rather small but did have a waffle maker. Nice pool too. I would stay again if I had to.

United StatesAll of the mechanical aspects of the window shades were broke and out of commission. I manually wound up the one window covering and told the front desk I did so. I like to watch the helicopter come and go from the hospital, one of the reasons I wanted that room. The shower was terrible. Not much water pressure or limited by water saver in head or both. I didn't like it. When I checked into the room I noticed the tv didn't work. I called the desk and told them and I was told there was no one there that could fix it. I managed to find out why the next morning. There is a switch by the light switches that needs to be on for the tv to work. I would have thought that everyone that works at that desk would know that but I guess not. Maybe there should be a little signage stating "This switch needs to be on for TV to work." When I did get the tv to work in the morning I found out there are no local channels at this hotel. I've never came across that before in any of my stays. It's not like this is a budget hotel and I like to watch the local new and weather in the mornings. Call me crazy. And finally, when I checked into the motel the gal asked me for a credit card that I thought she said was for incidentals. She charged my card a 2nd time for the price of the room. I booked the room through Bookings.com and paid for it then. I've tried calling the hotel with no luck at getting ahold of a human, I've emailed them and at this time still no response. Enough negative or should I keep going?

United StatesThe pool area someone had the back door open which created so much fog in the room, it was hard to see anything. It would be nice of the staff would have ensured that this did not happen. It took one brave guest to confront the individualts who opened it.
