Was a little disappointed that they started work on the pool room (painting, etc) on our last day/night. I know my teenage kids were planning to jump in the pool at least one of the days of our stay. Oh well, next time.

The room was clean when we arrived. The staff is friendly. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The best part of breakfast was the waffles. And coffee was actually decent. We liked that the hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go, although Ithaca is not a huge city. We were in town to tour Cornell, but we were able to squeeze in a drive to the falls.

Lack of a bathroom fan.

My room was very nice. The bathroom was very nice. I found the bed very comfortable. The only minor issue was the lack of a bathroom fan, which I found unusual. The free breakfast was good and the facility was very clean. The gym was clean and well taken care of. I did not use the pool and I regret not bringing swim trunks. The staff was very friendly and actually looked like they enjoyed their work! I will be back!

Deja is awesome. She always goes out of her way to make you stay the best. Breakfast is an awesome bonus. The ladies there make sure you have everything you need.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. It was easy to find and get in and out of the driveway.

TV was impossible to use and needed rebooting from a staff member. I was surprised that I now have to request room cleaning services and that it is no longer automatic.

The staff was very responsive when we had difficulty with our TV and friendly overall. I appreciate the breakfast and coffee service and I love that they have an indoor pool which feels great after a long day of travel or sightseeing.

We are Hilton Honors Gold members. They put us in a room right next to the elevator, and the motor noise went on all night. The check in staff was not as accommodating as the morning staff when it came to accepting our Hilton Honors card.

The location was good for what we were doing. The property was clean and secure. The room was clean and ready when we arrived.

The use of disposable plates and flatware is wasteful and disappointing. Parking was very inadequate. The bottom of the pool was covered in sand or grit of some kind.

Friendly enough staff with the exception being Pat at breakfast, Pat, she was absolutely lovely! Food was great. Room good but missing a large chair to sit in the corner. Room was a little cramped. Bed was comfortable but much too soft for us. Linen was very clean!!! Price much too high, shameful. The price during the week is appropriate, raising it soo much on the weekends is price gauging.
