    A/C didn’t work, room was very worn looking and smelling. It appears the owners do not adequately take care of the building. Staff was very responsive and caring but we were too tired to deal with it and went to another hotel.

    Staff responded quickly to get the a/c fixed but the maintenance person was busy with other problems.

    The female brunette that checked us in and checked us needs to learn acceptable customer service. She was cold and very unfriendly. We lost power over the entire on hotel from 1pm to 1am on Tuesday of my stay. My mom is on an oxygen machine, and could not make it down 4 flights of stairs to go to another of their locations. That is the only option we were given. They acted like it was”my problem, not theirs”. I was in Ithaca for a week for very serious health infusions. I did not need all of this stress. This is not the type of service I expect from Hampton. They refunded the one day the power was off, but I don’t feel that was enough. Dr. Carrie Dowling

    we all had a hard time sleeping as the room was very musty. The air coming from the heater smelled off.

    Pool was very cold. Otherwise all else was great.

    Staff was extremely helpful. Food was wonderful. Fresh and delicious. Room was immaculate.

    The beds could have been cleaner, the bottom sheet doesn’t fit the mattress so as soon as we got into bed there bottom sheet came up and was irritating.

    The shower head was BLACK and there was HAIR in the sink drain. The room smelled MUSTY. Due to college family weekend, ALL the hotel prices were HIGH. I paid a fortune for 1 night and this is how the room was prepared for guests!!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

    The price was way too much compared to the local competitors. I booked the stay online and intialy thought I was on a Hampton site but when I was wrapping up I realized I was on a 3rd party site. I had already provided my credit card and by by the time I realized this was a 3 rd party vendor canceling included a significant charge. The Hampton staff said they couldn’t do anything to fix the issue…… But I hold them accountable since they were paid and chose to use the vendor. This ended my future relationship with The Hampton Inn.

    A little more seating in breakfast area would be a plus.

    Staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast had a nice selection. Had a nice relaxing weekend.

    as silly as it sounds, the fitted bed sheet wouldn’t fit correctly and kept coming off.

    The hotel needs renovation of bathrooms and furniture. Very worn out. The rate was too high for the quality of the rooms. The A/c units are noisy and old. The carpeting should be renewed.

    Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was good and generous. The location is good. The staff was always available to help and clean. The areas were kept clean and clear.

    very dated rooms and bathrooms. room had a slight smell, but stayed only night so blasted the a/c. carpets need a revamp. breakfast was ok, not a differentiator and neither is the pool. would stay at Hilton canopy instead

    It’s the only pet-friendly hotel that was conveniently located. We’ve stayed here a couple of times with our pet and it was always a great experience! staff is very good and friendly too!

    Both rooms smelled. The door on the freezer within the refrigerator was missing. Much of the diabetic food -that I put in the non freezer portion- froze and had to be discarded. Cost aside, remediating this resulted in spending less time with the family we were visiting.I’m very unhappy about that.

    My room smelled like smoke. It felt old and creepy. The blanket was old. Everything felt like a prison facility. Would never stay again

    The rooms need some updating we were quite surprised usually Hampton Inns are really nice. This was not the case here, maybe because it's and older building but we expected more. Also, it would have been nice to be told there is no maid service due to Covid. Lastly, the dog barking in another room at 6 am for half an hour shortened our last morning there, so much for sleeping in.

    We stay at Hampton Inns because they always have a nice continental breakfast. This was the only thing we could rave about.

    regular basic room. tv /cable freezing. tub dirty. grout in shower peeling. I’ve stayed at Days or Comfort Inns for $50 a night. this was $427.16 for one night.

    I wasn’t aware of the $20 pet fee until we arrived, if I had known sooner I would’ve booked elsewhere. Our room was small and connected to another room by a door.

    Cozy, always love a Hampton Inn. Good breakfast.
