The water was shut off every day due to renovations which was challenging. The room was not cleaned whilst I stayed there (I didn’t ask for it either, but didn’t happen automatically). Overall, a pleasant place to stay but quite high prices considering it’s under renovation.

Bed was comfortable and was located close to the sky train to travel around.

For starters, the young lady (Ella) who checked us in was not very pleasant or informative at all! She made us wait for several minutes ( no one else was being waited on!) The other issue that would've been a deal breaker had I known in advance, per Ella, the pool was being renovated. So my little one was very disappointed, to say the least. Nothing in the entire pool area looked like it was being renovated! The pool was fully operable, nothing was disconnected, etc. The ice machine on the 4th floor was broken . Signs apologizing for renovations were everywhere in the building but never posted on the website(s) selling the rooms. Not very transparent.

The room was very clean, the beds were awesome! They slept very well. The variety of breakfast choices was great. The fitness room was a nice touch to help us stay on our healthy lifestyle journey while away from home.

Stale smell in the lobby & hallways. Disappointed in the breakfast... there were two hot waffle irons, but no waffles. Several items were out & extremely slow to be replenished & dirty tables. Seemed the attendant was having an off day.

The hotel could use a update l, but the room was clean and comfortable. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbors sometimes, but breakfast was decent, so it was a good value overall.

The staff was really friendly and tried to help with requests. It was nice that Walmart and Walgreens delivered so I didn't need to leave to get last minute stuff. The area is nice next to the river and nice restaurants.

One of the elevators was being worked on the duration of my stay, which resulted in extra long wait times on the one operational elevator. Also, upon check in, I only could find one baggage cart in the entire building. It was rather inconvenient, searching for a way to get all of my bags up to the room in one trip and honestly, I probably would've gotten it done faster just carrying them in multiple trips from the start.

The customer service was exceptional and I appreciated the staff.

It seems to be falling into a state of disrepair, pipes are old and squealed loudly when we showered. Not as clean as we expect. No linens in room for pull out bed, we had to ask for them. Linens on the bed were stained. Fridge was dirty and so was bathroom. Bed and pillows were extremely old and uncomfortable. I expect better for $200 a night.

Great location, staff super friendly (shout out to Angel for being so helpful), gated parking was nice. Included breakfast was great.

The first room they tried to put us in reeked of cigarette smoke. All rooms were designated as non-smoking. Then they put us in rooms that were not what we reserved. We had to be moved again to a room with a pull-out sofa.

First room we got as an '' free upgrade'' was not even close to an upgrade. We got a room next to the elevator shaft and smelled like smoke first time we enterd. Thankfully the staff was kind and switched our room once we asked for that.

Location is very nice. Walking distance to allot of places. The pool was easy acces and the gym was good. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. They helped us to switch rooms after complaining about our room being next to the elevator shaft.

more about Booking.com than the actual hotel. When I put Jacksonville Airport into the filters, this location showed up; not knowing the area and being a fan of Hampton, I booked, but there were definitely other locations closer to Jacksonville airport. We were 10 miles out.

Clean, friendly staff. Not of the same caliber of the Hampton I stayed at in Orlando and a higher nightly rate, but still a good hotel. In the developing Riverwalk area so not a lot of options for dining, but the manager made a great recommendation and I received some sort of discount when picking up my order.

Bathroom had some issues with plumbing - particularly with tub draining.... even more of an issue if the toilet was flushed during the slow drain.

Great location... within walking distance of the hospital complex. We were able to park within the barrier compound.... seemed small - not sure if a full hotel could be accomodated in that area. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. No charging for parking! Bathroom had some issues with plumbing - particularly with tub draining.... even more of an issue if the toilet was flushed during the slow drain. The room were was proportioned - one very comfortable king bed allowing for ample walking/sitting space. Breakfast was excellent, a true pre-covid experience. We were right by the elevator but heard little of coming and going guests. Overall an extremely restful experience.

The bathroom sink backed up every time you turned the water on. The only ice machine that worked near us for the 4th & 5th floors was on the 3rd floor. There were stains on the bathroom floor. Basically it wasn’t up to Hampton Inn standards & really needs to be updated!

The staff was great, especially the one person working at breakfast. She went above & beyond! Location was good.
