Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe toilet in the room was extremely loud, sounding like something was stuck in the pipe, and the room vibrated every time it was flushed.. Not very much flow. We could hear it in the hotel hallway when it was flushed. And it was difficult to flush. You should have more rooms with walk in showers. Not tubs. It makes things very difficult when one of 3 guests has difficulty using their lower limbs and has to sit on a very large seat to shower. When the shower was turned on, water hit the seat and the water spilled off of the seat onto the bathroom floor. Even after redirecting the shower head sprayer. We were constantly using towels to mop up the floor. Also, the seat made it difficult to shower for the guests who did not need to use the seat, as it took up more than half the shower space. Food was okay. Not great. Just okay. Potato options were always dry. Meat options were always just barely cooked. Eggs seemed like they were poured out of a bottle and then microwaved. All of the hotb foods seemed like they were microwaved and just kept warm in a sterno. One morning the regular creamer curdled in my coffee.
The location was great. The hallways, rooms, and main area were clean.

June at the front desk and housekeeping went above and beyond when I left an important ID card in the room. Housekeeping brought it to June and she emailed me (I believe the telephone # I left was my land line). She offered to mail it to me but I said that I would prefer to pick it up
