Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Started out rough when showed up to check in they didnt have my reservation so we spent an hour trying to find somewhere to stay then I received another email so I called hotel and they had the reservation so in the end it worked out was a little inconvenient that they couldn't give room keys and the elevator was broken but the staff was friendly and as helpful as she could be She kept a smile on her face even though she was yelled out over and over but other pain staying at the hotel
It was a good hotel for the price the pool was small but it was nice

One employee at the desk at the 3 o clock check in. And she left her post for 20 minutes before returning to the desk. Poor training I would have to say.

We were given keys to a room already occupied. "Digital (self) check in" does not notify front desk" ??? Previous guest's towels had been left in the closet of our room.
Breakfast served until 10-great for vacation schedule!

Over the years the hotel has gone backwards, especially with the services provided, ie cleaning of rooms and the hotel in general. Have stayed at this hotel for 10 straight years ( apart from COVID year) and the service of the rooms has declined.
Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast and comfy bed.

the elevator is tiny. The hallways are dingy. For the price sheets was hard room was small two queen beds tub had a little mold by soap tray

My coffee maker was missing the little tray to put the coffee packets in, so I to engineer a solution using a coffee cup lid.

Just didn't care about the breakfast. Had people standing out in parking lot next moring, but they were not causing trouble.

The night we stayed there was loud music coming from outside all night long and we could not find where it was coming from, but it was very loud and a booming all night long until around 7-7:30 in the morning, was told by staff that others reported it as well.
Everything was good, staff was great. Location was good right off of the interstate and not far from where I had to be for meetings. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. I would say this places goes above and beyond to make everyone welcome.

Did not like the 50.00-dollar charge, that I was not informed of, that appeared on my bill. After numerous attempts to contact them, I finally was told that it was like a deposit for I assume missing items. Noy happy.

The only thing I can think of that could improve things would be to have teabags in the rooms. I went downstairs and teabags were out, so I didn’t go without my nightly tea.
Excellent breakfast with a few unexpected items — delicious, gluten-free bread, cranberries, roasted nuts for waffles, etc., beautiful landscape and very friendly staff.

Rooms were slightly outdated, especially the bathroom. They only clean rooms every other day when you stay more than 2 nights.

I didn’t like that at one point we couldn’t get any clean towels, I believe the staff was short & it was only one person there who was responsible for everything. Also my toilet was very slow going down & I asked for assistance & received a plunger to basically do it myself. I would’ve thought the maintenance man would’ve done that type of job.
The complimentary breakfast was very good & the options were more than fair.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The pillows had no support, and the room kept going between too hot to sleep and then freezing cold when the AC would kick on. There was no in between.
The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious.
