    A couple things from my experience were not to quite to my expectations. The food quality for breakfast was sub-par. The fruit was not as fresh as I would prefer. It looked as if it was previously frozen then thawed. Both mornings, the meat choices didn’t look like they were cooked to done. This can be dangerous with pork (the first morning there was patty sausage and the second morning smoke sausage was served). My room was filthy. There was a damaged place on the wall in the bathroom that looked like the damage had been repaired with no standard for acceptability. The walls were dirty, the ceiling looked like there had been old leaks. The pull out sofa looked like it had mold on the frame. The mirrors all needed cleaning and the furniture needed to be cleaned. It has some kind of weird looking greenish, dusty substance. The carpets needed cleaning badly. I was literally afraid to walk across the floor without shoes. I end up going to the Walmart and buying a pillow, blanket to sleep on and some Lysol and Clorox wipes to clean and sanitize the surfaces. I had three rooms and two of the three looked like they hadn’t been cleaned from the last stay. My room smelled and looked like it had been closed up for a long time. The lamp shades had stained and the metal surfaces were rusted. I loved the staff (they were the best part of the experience) but the facility was disappointing to say the least and certainly far from what I expected from a Hampton Inn. The owner needs to invest some funds in cosmetic upgrades. Even the furniture in the lobby was a little disappointing.

    The locations was as convenient as it could be…located just off of the interstate, close enough to food options and literally minutes from Walmart and my intended destination. The staff were all amazing. I was checked in by Myeshia and I can’t say enough about her winning personality. She was welcoming, personable, friendly, professional and the perfect person to meet after a long drive. Josh was equally amazing easy to communicate with and he had an appreciative concern and respect for my comfort. The breakfast staff were great as well. I didn’t get names but the lady in charge of food prep was on point and made sure everything was well stocked. If I had one complaint it would be the food quality.

    They did not advise that they would be placing a hold on the debit card and not actually charge your card until you check out. I was under the impression that when I swiped my card, I paid. I checked in on the 5th, checked out on the 9th and on the 11th there was almost a $400 charge to my card. That was Christmas shopping money. All because they do not charge the card until check out. It’s the first time it’s ever happened to me and if you ever stay there, make sure you use a card that you don’t get direct deposit on it. Use a card that you can transfer the exact amount because if not, a week later you will be charged.

    I liked where it was located, but for the interior of the room, it should be cheaper.

    I wasn’t fond of the color scheme in the room but, of course, that’s personal preference. It just made it feel dark and gloomy. Also, the property was experiencing some a/c issues so the hallways and common areas were quite warm and stuffy during the day. Check in and check out times were not updated online or on the in-room signage.

    Location was good. Right off the highway, next to restaurant options and a gas station. Breakfast was pretty good and the connecting room with extended family was convenient.

    No air conditioning in elevators and hallways. Some lights did not work in our room. Soap dispenser did not work.

    Had to ask 3 times for our room to be cleaned. They finally came on the last full day. We were there 4 nights.

    The lady who checked us in was a bit rude and impatient. We were very tired from a full day of travel and she just seemed impatient. She also checked us out and was the same way. Others I experienced were very friendly and polite - all other staff I encountered in the hall or at the desk were super nice but she was not. She made you feel like a bother to her and was not friendly at all. Also we had charges I wasn't sure of why since I had paid the room in advance. Luckily we checked and got that resolved before we left.

    The breakfast was amazing.

    The Moss Pont Hampton Inn was a perfectly reasonable place to stay for a night. The hotel is fairly modern, lobby is cheerful, and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The bed was fresh and mattress comfortable. Nice sized refrigerator with small freezer in room. A good stay for a good value.

    Bathroom door lock/ knob/ handle was broken and wouldn’t shut or lock properly, no privacy in bathroom whatsoever.

    More options for breakfast. Doors close very loudly and felt like an apartment than a hotel. In

    The bed made my back hurt and it kept moving we had to keep moving the mattress around it kept sliding off the bed a little did not know that we had to request for room service to come in and clean my room no one can see the sign coming in because we're focusing on getting to our rooms having an event all day coming back to the fact that the tub had not been cleaned mine juice for people in one room other than that we managed

    We saw 2 roaches in the bathroom. The hotel may need to be exterminated regularly. We'd still stay again if needed.

    The facility was close to everywhere we needed for our Wknd. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The hotel staff was courteous and efficient. McDonald's and taco Bell next door. Waffle House across the street and Ruby Tuesday is in the parking lot area as well.

    Room looks old furniture. Like couch had so many stains.

    Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed at. Room was very dated, Strong smells, Lamps were crooked/Broken. shades on upside down with burn marks. Tiny small old TV. Shower had no cold water. Breakfast was good but lacking. Meat/French Toast. No Eggs. Good waffles.

    Location right off interstate, very convenient. All Employees were great, some of the best actually so it was quite a contrast between facility and Personnel.

    Normally and good experience but this time there was no hot water from the shower nor sink. They showered dripped all night and had the bathroom floor soaking wet and I was unable to close the shower because the sliding door was broken. Went to the front desk for assistance but they would not make any accommodations due to booking through a third party.
