United StatesThe furniture needs to be replaced or severely cleaned. The sleep sofa was so dirty that I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it The furniture in breakfast area was also very dirty and stained. Definitely needs attention. Our room was above the pool so my room had a musty smell.

United StatesMy room was never checked during my stay (3 nights) Maybe, that's not something that Hampton doesn't do. But, it'd be nice if dirty towels were picked up and the bee made. This was the only disappointing part of my stay. If this something you don't do, it should be explicitly stated.
Exceptionally clean. I interacted with 3 different staff members (front desk, housekeeping and breakfast lady) all were fabulous.

United StatesLike I said, an actual fan in the bathroom, could be better for the overall experience, not having access to the pool. Specially, when it’s hot weather made a little bit unpleasant.
The hotel is consistent with the hold of the other Hampton experiences I’ve had it’s a little on the pricey side but overall it was decent. I would appreciate it an actual fan in the bathroom to help with the unpleasant sents sometimes.
