The first room we got seemed great but when we were ready to go to sleep my husband noticed that the sheets were changed but the mattress wasn't and whatever was on it soaked through the sheets. But the staff switched our rooms IMMEDIATELY and put the other room out of service so other guest couldn't stay in their (that is a plus, because some other hotels won't do that). Speaking on the other room, it was cozy. Breakfast is always great at the Hampton Inn. Gym is small but great equipment (try the bike). Clean warm pool. On site guest laundry a bonus. My husband LOVES their dark roast coffee.

Our stay was a great value compared to other hotels in the area in such tha”It would have been nice to have a hot tub in the pool area if adults want to keep warm and relax while kids swim. Also, putting a clock on the wall in the pool area would help guests to know when it’s almost time to close the pool without having to repeatedly get out of the pool to check a watch or phone.
We enjoyed using the pool. The breakfast was filling and convenient as well as a great value.

Good staff.”The key thing was the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests that often arrived at the same time, which made it difficult for the staff to keep the breakfast items stocked, this was not helped by some families who decided to take 3 pots of cereal each rather than just what they required, this is not a criticism of the staff. The only downside of the room only had a shower over bath rather than a walk in shower.
The hotel was comfortable and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful,

Nice and quite new hotel very close to the Niagara State Park (15 minutes walk to the falls), clean rooms, indoor pool, reasonable price for the stay.

They accommodated my travel with a service animal perfectly. They gave me the closest room to the exit to go out. There was no obnoxious noises or partying in the facility. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will be staying here every time I am in town to do business. Also to note, the toiletries in the rooms smell amazing and were very clean.
