Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Arab EmiratesSwimming pool floor seemed to be dusty, and chlorine scent was prominent. Room felt cramped for a two-bed. In the guest laundry center, there's only one set of washing machine and dryer, which may present a challenge for times when multiple guests would like to clean their clothes simultaneously. The fitness center may also have the same problem of space if >5 people were to use it at the same time, although we were fortunate to not face any of these potential problems.
The facilities were clean, from the entrance to the room. Parking lot was spacious. Hotel staff had amazing customer service, especially the breakfast chef and the receptionists, who were accommodating with our requests. Guest laundry center, fitness center, and swimming pool were fun to use. Pool temperature control made it more enjoyable. Selection of complimentary hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate, water) near elevators was generous, a decent display. Good number of chairs and surfaces in the room, also generous with bathroom amenities and towels.

United StatesPet fee was way too high. $75 for a pet is ridulous. Maybe they should consider applying a fee for pet but then refunding it if there is no extra cleaning because the pet stayed there. It’s really hard to choose a hotel over an AirBnB when they charge nothing for a pet. A lot of us travel with our beloved pets.
It was convenient to highway and I have always loved Hampton Inns. Staff was very friendly and inn was clean and comfortable.
