Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bar area is a bit to small for the amount of people in the hotel. The one bar server was having to run around and we waited a long time to order.
Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Bed was comfy and very much enjoyed after a long flight. Shuttle to and from the airport was a life saver. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The airport shuttle service is not explained on the website, and I got no response to an email I sent at least 24 hours prior to arrivaI. I called 10 minutes before arriving at the pickup location (Federal Circle Airtrain station), but was told to call when I got there, which I did (11 minutes later). I was told it would be "15-20 minutes". I called again after 30 minutes, and the shuttle showed up after approximately 35-40 minutes waiting at the pickup location. Consider a taxi/uber/lyft! Multiple other hotel shuttles stopped at the pickup area 3 times (each hotel) while I was waiting. The morning shuttle options for me were only 0400 or 0500, and the 0400 bus filled up with people left behind.
The room and building were fine, staff friendly.

Other than the lobby and updated bathrooms, things were a bit run down (furniture in the rooms, the hallways, etc). The shuttle filled up very quickly during peak hours, so leave extra time to wait in line.
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a decent size. The breakfast was also great and free shuttle service a fantastic bonus. It is close to the airport, and I felt safe walking around the area.

I wish the shuttle bus had been more frequent, we had to dash to get on our plane, it made us run so late! The gentleman driving the bus was lovely though!

We were looking for a hotel close to JFK airport that also provide free shuttle bus from/to the airport. This hotel fulfilled the requirements with reasonable price and our stay was pleasant. Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful.

There were no tea bags available except green tea. Breakfast options were limited
The location , the staff member Chelsea who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were a great size. The free water was also great

There is a shuttle to the airport - it was terribly crowed the morning we needed it. I called an Uber instead.
The bar is fantastic! They make an excellent Old Fashioned cocktail. The restaurant menu was fine. My husband enjoyed his Vegi burger. The room was quiet and comfortable.

No bell boy and a thick carpet in the room passage making it difficult to drag or push the luggage

The breakfast had v limited choices as well as the bar that served food till 10 pm
The check in was smooth , location close to the airport and room was comfortable as it served the one night purpose. The shuttle to the airport is definitely a bonus to hotel guests

Even though it's obvious they're trying really hard to keep things clean, there are details that need more attention. Shelves in the bathroom coming off the wall. Tub with some grime. General wear and tear. Breakfast wasn't really good. It's a busy hotel, it's understandable, but a little TLC would go a long way.
Staff is really friendly and efficient. They really put a lot of effort into trying to keep things clean. Location is of course convenient for JFK. Shuttle went as scheduled.

The only thing is that we tried to communicate through the app or email before our arrival but we were unsuccessful. We were landing so late we wanted to make sure there would be a shuttle. We didn't have to wait at all and the shuttle and staff were amazing. The shuttle is 24h it is just less often than every 30min at night.
The location was perfect. It included a yummy simple breakfast and staff was lonely The room was at the end of the corridor, we were pleased with that as we had very jetlagged children

The pick up location of the shuttle (airport to hotel) is not properly at the airport. You need to pay the train to reach the shuttle station, so is better to take an uber (is just around 8€ more).

Overall a very pleasant stay no complaints. Would definatley stay there again. Staff very pleasant to deal with. Rooms cleaned and tidy fresh towels and very polite staff.

Easy transfer to and from JFK airport via shuttle, it was a great place to sleep through a long layover.
