Can't connect to the internet whenever I am there. TV wasn't working properly. Feel every motel and hotel should have nightstands at each side of the bed. Wasn't the case for us this time. Only this time, though.

Like that it's close to my son, so convenient. Staff is always very friendly. Our stays there are pleasant.

My only real complaint is that as far as like television services they don’t really have much to offer that would be my only negative thing.

My stay is fantastic and it usually is the upgrades that they have done to this hotel are great.

The pool wasn't opened, and the water was turned off from 11am-3pm due to fixing pipes.

The rooms were clean and cool, with it being humid outside. The breakfast was outstanding! The staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast at Hampton has been improved by offering variety in the morning for warm breakfast meals but I wish they would move to fresh eggs and meats.

I am nit a fan of Hampton Inn bedding — sheets and coverlet. Window treatments could’ve been improved in the design stage to block out light.

We had a great stay. Ample parking, good mattresses, solid cable offering and a good location proximal to restaurants and other businesses.

No advance notification of active renoivations. Dated decor, with evident 'stains' on furniture and light fixtures.

Facility partially under construction, which we didn't know about, or we would not have paid the asking price to stay. Staff is excellent, professional, accommodating. Usual, basic breakfast fare, heated omelletes, sausage, make-your-own waffles, assorted baked goods, oatmeal.

This hotel chain is excellent. However, I did notice (especially since some people can't hide their feelings) that the first lady who assisted me was extremely cheerful—until she realized that I am not a native Anglophone, but from Quebec. Perhaps this is due to the aversion that many Americans are developing toward immigrants… I am Canadian, and I am not an illegal immigrant. The second lady at the reception was much more pleasant, as were the staff who attended me afterward. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

4th time here and every time there were minor issues with the room. This time the light and air vent in the bathroom didn't work. And one wall had obvious water damage and the paint was chipping off.

I didn't like that our ceiling had a large leak area not repaired. I hates looking up at a.large brown spot. Not enough room in breakfast area. Had to bring my food to my room to eat.

This time the breakfast wasn't as good. This is our 3rd time staying there. It was OK and of course free...Just didn't have the variety as the last two times.

Once I activated the key on my phone, the physical room keys stopped working. This was inconvenient because not all of my party has access to a phone. One of the treadmills was not working in the workout room.

The fitness room had a good amount of space and options available to workout. I like using my phone to open the doors.

It was hard to walk at the pool because the ground was pebble based and it hurt to walk on. You need shoes on your feet.

Big mix up and my credit card was double charged. Took 3 days til I could speak to the manager (who did correct the mistake). But poor communication on the staffs part on telling me or keeping me informed!! I got an email from my credit card asking me about this charge that's the only way I knew about this!!! And I had to do all the follow up!!

The location was perfect for our needs. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great!

The garbage cans were a little small for two days' worth of garbage.

The staff is very friendly. Overall, the motel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. My husband liked the availability of coffee all day. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am an oatmeal fan, so I was happy to see a big pot of oatmeal. Wifi is strong.

Breakfast was great. Oatmeal, yeah, plus all the other breakfast foods. Staff was very nice, and our overall experience of the Hampton Inn was great.. It's also close to our son's house, so very convenient for a family visit.

Unfortunately, our “ neighbors “ in adjoining room had a child who coughed all night,. I slept very poorly because of that. But not the hotel’s fault.

The housekeeping service was almost non-existent. We had to empty our own trash, fetch our tawels from the front desk, the beds were uncomfortable with sagging and lumpy matresses.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we needed something. The breakfast and the eating area was more than adequate and the staff was efficient.

No TV remote in the room (got one from the front desk) and the toilet didn't flush. Had to remove the tank cover every time and jiggle the water intake valve.

Breakfast was good....beds are very comfortable...staff is super friendly.
