United StatesCan't connect to the internet whenever I am there. TV wasn't working properly. Feel every motel and hotel should have nightstands at each side of the bed. Wasn't the case for us this time. Only this time, though.
Like that it's close to my son, so convenient. Staff is always very friendly. Our stays there are pleasant.

Facility partially under construction, which we didn't know about, or we would not have paid the asking price to stay. Staff is excellent, professional, accommodating. Usual, basic breakfast fare, heated omelletes, sausage, make-your-own waffles, assorted baked goods, oatmeal.

CanadaThis hotel chain is excellent. However, I did notice (especially since some people can't hide their feelings) that the first lady who assisted me was extremely cheerful—until she realized that I am not a native Anglophone, but from Quebec. Perhaps this is due to the aversion that many Americans are developing toward immigrants… I am Canadian, and I am not an illegal immigrant. The second lady at the reception was much more pleasant, as were the staff who attended me afterward. Other than that, it is a great hotel.

United StatesOnce I activated the key on my phone, the physical room keys stopped working. This was inconvenient because not all of my party has access to a phone. One of the treadmills was not working in the workout room.
The fitness room had a good amount of space and options available to workout. I like using my phone to open the doors.

But poor communication on the staffs part on telling me or keeping me informed!! I got an email from my credit card asking me about this charge that's the only way I knew about this!!! And I had to do all the follow up!!

The staff is very friendly. Overall, the motel is clean and the rooms are comfortable. My husband liked the availability of coffee all day. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am an oatmeal fan, so I was happy to see a big pot of oatmeal. Wifi is strong.
