Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

the floor in room was terribly dirty. I walked from shower to bed to get dressed. My feet were so dirty that I had to go back to the bathroom and get a washcloth and wipe my feet off before I could put my socks and shoes on. Shower with location of safety handle and shower door handle made for a very narrow shower, which was acceptable. No conditioner in shower, the bottles were shampoo. Lotion, and shower gel. And lotion again by sink. Bed squeaky (possible an issue with base, as it was when you turned over, or sat up/down) comfortable though.
Great people, great breakfast. Nice hotel. Quiet, good location. The desk clerks suggested a couple of dinner locations, we loved it! Witchita Pub - good food.

The elevator ding each floor, our room was next to the elevator and with a 3-month-old and 3 year 3-year-old every ding woke me up...not a lot of sleep. Maybe continue the noise ordinance with the elevator? Lol

Nice clean rooms and excellent staff. The bed was good and the air conditioning worked well. A good hot tub. Breakfast was fine. Hotel was easy to find and in an excellent location for our needs.

The jacuzzi had way too much chlorine. We could not stay long in it.
Snack bar prices were good. It was very clean, the staff was super friendly, over all it was very nice.

Our bathroom sink was clogging everytime we used it, and water leaked from the gap in the shower doors due the handle bar in the shower placed in an awkward position on the shower wall. You have to slide the towel rack side of the door to the opposite end of the shower head, especially if you're a larger person. Also, refrigerator needs to be manually turned on, so you need to wait for it to get cold. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. The cleaners came daily to refresh our room, which was very nice.
We liked the convenience of the location right next to the freeway, and also the nearby stores and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was a plus and well stocked, and the Grab and Go bags in the morning and water bottles were very much appreciated!

Not what I expected for a Hampton Inn. This looked like an old hotel that had been refitted .
Easy parking…easy I-205 access It was clean.

Beds could be more comfy.
Loved my stay, everyrhing was clean staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Close to freeway, stores, shopping etc. Its a no smoking hotel but does has an area out front if you do smoke. My only complaint is the beds are not the most comfortable. Would stay thwre again

The price should be lower.
Excellent room, clean bed and bathroom, amazing breakfast, the location is perfect, right next to the highway, and free parking lot.
