We had requested a connecting room with our kids and it wasn't available. We had a connecting room with strangers and we were able to hear what the neighbors were doing. Not pleasant

Prices seem unnecessarily high, lots of guest noise (outside hotel, in the halls, from room above, early departures. Breakfast had nice offerings, but all the hot food was only lukewarm.
Great location, very clean, friendly staff, safe environment, comfortable room.

The hotel is pet friendly, but we had to contend with a German shepherd barking down the hall in the night. Next time we'll look for a pet-unfriendly hotel.
The staff were friendly and helpful despite their computer system going down. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

I wish it was a little easier to take the dogs out to use the bathroom ( such as first level rooms) but that’s being really picky. There really wasn’t a negative
The pool was great. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh hot food made fresh all morning and not just stuck in a warming light. Lots of choices. Dogs were welcome without breed restrictions ( we have a lab and a German shepherd mix). The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were fully stocked with large full size bottles with dispensers of hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The beds were not very soft and it was hard to find a parking place when we arrived. We did arrive later in the evening, but there were a lot of construction workers staying at the hotel and their trucks took up most of the parking lot.
Check in was easy and breakfast was good. Our room was clean.

The hot tub was closed for a good part of the day, from around 11am to 5pm. The front desk said this is typical for the chemical treatment process, but I’ve not experienced this before at other hotels.
We got stuck in Rawlins during a winter storm. The night prior all hotels were booked, so we slept in our car. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind & accommodating; she had a room available before 10am the following morning & did not even hesitate to allow us to check in early. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee, so we were grateful for that as well.

Under comfort it was the pillows. The feather pillows were a nice touch however I prefer regular pillows.
Easy to find. I was impressed with the cleanliness and how friendly the staff was. The breakfast was spot on.

The hotel is being renovated and the swimming pool was closed. I specifically wanted a hotel where my family could swim. It would have been nice to know the pool was closed.
The rooms had been newly renovated and our floor was very clean.

They were working on the upper floor and the elevator was covered in cardboard. Did not know this till after check in.
Cookies and cold water urn upon check in. Coffee and tea station. Check in lady was very amiable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice hot breakfast.

Refrigerator made a constant whining noise and made it difficult to sleep. Shower doors misaligned and would not properly close resulting in a lot of water in the floor following showering. Hair from previous guests on shower walls and floor (ewww!). No microwave in room. Both elevators had a compartment panel missing which had wires hanging out of the opening. Unsafe?
Very nice pet area. Free treats for pets. Proximity to stores and shopping. Comfortable bed.

Only the rooms needing a bit of an update and a bit of a refurb especially furniture and maybe lighting not all that . (Carpets not great )
Location, pool, breakfast excellent as we’re serving staff and breakfast staff were great .
