The breakfast was amazing each day!! The pool area was kept clean and the use of the washer/dryer area was nice to be able to access. Housekeeping kept up with our room (we didn’t expect that due to having 3 kids with us we just assumed we would call when we needed something). All of the staff was welcoming and helpful and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their jobs. Wednesday night the wine & cheese with live music was a great experience for us as well! The place overall was the best we’ve experienced and in a great location.

I wouldn’t change anything.

Cleanliness

Housekeeping is given every 2 days , since we only stayed 2 days we received no housekeeping. When I am on vacation and spending money for hotel service , I would like the luxury of fresh towels and bed made.

The rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable.

The offer of an extra night's stay for 1/4 the price I paid rubbed salt in the wound of the price gouging that happens. I needed a room that weekend and this was almost the only place available.

Clean and welcoming lounge area, friendly and professional staff, breakfast was very good and buffet kept clean and staff very helpful, all-in-all a pleasant visit and reasonable rates.

Nothing much was an issue. Only thing was room (albeit was neat and clean) it had a stale smell - a suggestion to possibly try cleaning product or air purifier something or other. Just a slight hint of a urine smell which I suppose is often an issue with Hotel rooms.

Convenient location, was able to walk to stores and restaurants

Coffee was terrible, tried it twice and couldn't drink it either time. Traffic terrible but not hotels fault.

Staff are the best!

Pool needs to be cleaned out more. Found several things floating around or which sunk to the bottom of the pool

I'm a clean freak and this hotel room and facilities were very clean.

The staff member, from Saturday night, was an older white racist. Refused to give us water upon request.

Everything was perfect, costumer service, location, clean property, I love the bed and breakfast.

Accommodated early arrival and checked our luggage.. The staff called when the room was ready. Good variety of food options at breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. Excellent location.

The game room machine did not work so I lost money.

Hotel itself was very nice and very clean. Employees on the other hand definitely did not represent the Hilton Brand in a manner that is expected. Stayed at many Hilton Hotels and always had an exceptional experience until I came to this location. As a former employee these employees were an embarrassment to the brand.

My stay was a disaster due to a few of the employees. Told me I did not have a room even though I already paid and booked a month ahead of time and had several phone calls with them about my room before arriving. Told me they were sold out and didn't have answers as to why my room was gone and said would have to stay somewhere else. Tried to over charge me several times. The receipt they gave me did not match what they took out of my account( receiptsaid ONLY $300 and i paid $500, have bank statement for proof), told me my card was declined ( which it wasn't, they took over $700, mind you I only still owed $500, and the list goes on.

The atmosphere and amenities provided like wine and cheese night and live music.
