We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe pet charge that I told at the front desk when I checked in. Suprised to see it on my bill when I checked out. That’s why we didn’t eat breakfast because I know it was free supposedly. But so was the pet!
Location was good. Did not eat the breakfast. Was told no charge for pet when I checked in. But was surprised to see that I was charged a $75 pet fee.

United StatesRoom rate was higher through booking.com than if I had gone through the Hilton site. Plus I get no Hilton Honors points to help me get free nights eventually. What do I get from booking.com? I like staying at Hampton Inns, but in the future I'll book directly through them.
Helpful staff, easy check in, good breakfast options. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

United StatesFirst rat the receptionist. (All stuff unfriendly to me in my opinion)! There is customer ahead of me she would be friendly and asked what kind of room she wants ( what floor for example).. She didn’t greeting me the same way and asked no questions about my preferred room and just assigned to me and I got the worst room ever!!! You see where I am getting at? I am not white nor American and understood and heard about this part of country. But my money should as green as everyone else!!!! The room face the street (Ramada hotel parking). The sink and the shower not draining ( taking shower with the water up to my ankles)!!! The AC extremely LOUD and so we didn’t get enough or good sleep and for $215/night. It is SOOOOO not worth it at all!!!!
