United StatesRooms were older and had a lot of dirt build up. Our bathroom door would get stuck and was very difficult to open and close. Rooms could use either remolding or a very deep clean. Had stains on mattress, which was super gross. The pool was also not working. I wish I would have paid the extra $10 and stayed at a newer hotel in Pooler.

United StatesThe place was falling apart. A cupboard door in our room was off the hinges. The refrigerator didn’t work. The tissues in the tissue box were damp. The hallway door going outside did not lock and therefore anyone could have walked in. Also a piece was missing from the door and the lights for the outside Hampton Inn sign were partially burned out.

At 3:00 PM they told us that the room was still not ready and that we had to give it 10 more minutes. When we entered the room, the trash cans were on top of the desk. Horrible experience, don't even come here.

United StatesWorst Hampton Inn we ever entered., Tall,outdoor highway sign wasn’t on.Difficult to locate facility in dark. Upon entering lobby met with stale musty odor. Everything looked and smelled old. Hallway carpets ragged. Room: Stale, musty odor upon entering. Tried to call front desk and found the phone inoperable. Went for some ice and found sign, “ice machine not working” Went back to desk and advised clerk we not staying in this decrepit facility. Upon leaving saw sign to pool “pool out of order”. Totally surprised at Hilton/Hampton Inn to ever have such a poor facility. Too bad since we have been very loyal to their brand.
