United StatesFirst night on the 2nd floor we had neighbors with a small child who watched the TV, on loud volume. The staff moved us to the top floor which was much better for us.
Staying on the 4th floor helped eliminate noise from little ones and noisy customers. Thank you! Good parking available for disabled people. Helpful staff.

United StatesI had requested a handicap room with a roll in shower, but From the description of that room, it was on the second floor and it sounded like quite a ways away from the elevator. I was told the room that I chose also had a roll in shower, but it didn’t. And no safety bars so I was unable to shower or bathe. The furniture, except for the bed was very very uncomfortable.
The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable.
