First night on the 2nd floor we had neighbors with a small child who watched the TV, on loud volume. The staff moved us to the top floor which was much better for us.

Staying on the 4th floor helped eliminate noise from little ones and noisy customers. Thank you! Good parking available for disabled people. Helpful staff.

The only soap was liquid hand soap attached to the wall so taking shower had to bring handful to shower and theshower was odd as the water flows into the main bathroom making everything wet

The breakfast was missing a few items. There was no waffle mix and the OJ machine was broken.

The beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of towels. I usually have to ask for me when we stay in a motel.

I had requested a handicap room with a roll in shower, but From the description of that room, it was on the second floor and it sounded like quite a ways away from the elevator. I was told the room that I chose also had a roll in shower, but it didn’t. And no safety bars so I was unable to shower or bathe. The furniture, except for the bed was very very uncomfortable.

When we arrived, the desk clerk was not very friendly and the family above us on the 4th floor was quite noisy the whole night which affected our sleep...Must have many unruly kids staying there....

My overall experience was good and the place was quite clean and beautiful....The clerk the following day was quite warm and engaging...

Water pressure was extremely low, shower head didn't really function due to the low pressure, made it more difficult to shower in the morning.

Breakfast was great, I'm on the keto diet and breakfast can be difficult, it was nice to have options that worked for me. Also, having hot sauce in the condiments was awesome!

Breakfast was disappointing. The breakfast clean up was very loud, with very loud music in the breakfast area. I was meeting with a real estate agent and had to move to the business center in order to hear.

We didn’t have any housekeeping staff come by during the entire stay. The room was full of trash cans needing to be emptied out and no new towels were delivered to the room during the trip.

The coffee was terrible~ I have stayed at Hampton before and the coffee is always bad. It would have been nice to have at least one extra towel in the room, there was only two bath towels and one hand towel and one washcloth.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and quiet.

Well the hotel was pretty empty for our 1 night stay but for whatever reason a couple was put right next store to us and until late in the evening they argued and they kept slamming their door which woke us a couple times.

It was close to the doctors office that my wife had an appointment at.
