Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. I feel sorry for all my fellow citizens who rated this as an "Exceptional Breakfast". One of the reasons I chose the place. Sorry to say all, but those generic scrambled egg product, a cheap mystery meat sausage, hard boiled eggs and the usual bland continental fare, are not, in my experience "exceptional". You must all be missing out in life.
Clean, up to date. Convenient for my traveling need.

I think you need to update your luggage carts.... It would be very nice if they had hooks at the top of the bars on the inside and outside to hold bags, pool, totes, The wheels we're hard to navigate in and out of the elevator s and the room. The hot tub outside was not working and the indoor hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Breakfast was delicious! We love the outdoor pool! Branden was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! He made extending our stay an extra day very easy. We always stay here when in St George. This Hampton Inn is the best!!!

that we did not have heads up that the lobby was being remodeled and the hotel drive up was closed off.
the hotel is going thru renovations on the first floor so the staff was apologetic. Somewhat inconvenient but ok. I like the location for a stop in our travels and the breakfast is good. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are nice and recently remodeled.

The property was under renovation and the first floor was a mess. However, the rest of the hotel was completely renovated.
The location was great, right off the interstate. The breakfast fine, nothing exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had been newly renovated and was very nice.

The hotel has been under renovation for a year - was told at check in The breakfast was marginal since the kitchen area was not finished Several things in our remodeled room were not working properly—- clocks. Bed need to be anchored The first floor was cold because the doors were open to bring in items and finish replacing flooring

We didn't know when we booked that the hotel was under construction. It was very loud early in the morning and the back door was always open which seemed unsafe. It was pricey for staying in a hotel under extensive remodel. The beds were very firm but that's just a personal complaint.
The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great and well stocked every day. Each staff member was so friendly.

This really wasn’t much of a bother because they keep everything clean and fresh smelling. They are undergoing renovations but it really didn’t affect us because they were on another floor. Carpet was old but I’m sure will be replaced during the renovation process. Again staff was wonderful
Excellent staff with clean rooms; great hot or cold breakfast with lots of options. Hot fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Comfortable bed and perfect location for us with many restaurant options nearby.

We did not like the fact that there were dogs in both the front and side rooms. They were noisy until bedtime.

The cost of one night has gone up over $100 in the last couple of years. Best Western’s always used to be so reasonable.

It was a bit noisy outside the room.
My husband is a cancer patient and this property was close to the hospital. We were allowed a late check out to accommodate his treatment. Very much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.

The swarm of grasshoppers we had to navigate getting into the building at night.
