Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They were very accommodating in getting two rooms close together for us with one of them for a handicapped individual.

United StatesThis Hampton Inn was the best we have ever used. We frequently stay at Hampton Inns and are generally pleased. However this one was an over the top experience. The arrangement of the room was convenient. There was a helpful nightlight in the bathroom. The hooks in the bathrooms were the right size for shaving bags and makeup bags unlike in some other Hampton Inns that have hooks too large for the hangers on the bags. There were ample electronic outlets for our technologies. The staff were particularly helpful. In all, this was an excellent inn.

You know what to expect in a Hampton Inn and Suites, and they delivered. A nice, clean, spacious room in a good area for getting around town. I was able to make the reservation and show up within about 2 hours when our travel plans changed and we needed a hotel in Amarillo.

United StatesThe staff was friendly but I had a hard time understanding the lady that checked us in. She kinda said things quickly. I walked around and found the time for breakfast, etc. Our pillows were very soft and went flat quickly. Two of them were like feather pillows so we had to keep fluffing them around our heads. Would love to have had almond milk as an option. I had to eat my granola dry as there were no vegan options for milk. I did find peanut butter and oatmeal but wasn't too sure if there was milk in the oatmeal. When checking out I turned in our cards and the lady just asked if she could email our receipt. I said yes and that was it. She didn't thank us for our business, etc.
We got an upgraded king suite and a nice welcome gift. I used the gym and it was really nice. The free breakfast was really good and my husband ate well. It was nice to be able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel seemed in good condition and clean which is very important to me.
