    We had absolutely no hot water in our shower. I did not call the front because it was 630 in the am and I just powered through a cold shower so we could leave

    We love the Hampton Inn. Any where we travel in the states we book at the Hampton Inn.

    I feel the cafeteria associate was rude and overbearing when it came to self service. My wife even felt uncomfortable serving herself with your staff watching over her shoulder.

    I really enjoy the accommodations and your great breakfast options. The front desk associate Cynthia was really helpful. She should be in management.

    It was ok, but I don’t understand why people are so “gung-ho” about staying at a Hampton Inn.

    The bench in the room was dirty/stained. The tv channels did not all work. The refrigerator in the room made noises loud enough to wake us up.

    Everyone was very nice and the beds were comfortable.

    The carpets felt sticky. Not sure if they were dirty or the humidity caused it.

    Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

    Didn’t have decaf coffee 27/7 Bathroom door wasn’t closing very well Shower wall had some dark spots n night Staff couldn’t find bathroom tissue to give us

    This location was dirtier to me than other Hamptons that we have stayed. Even family that met us there commented on the appearance of the place. Not the worst place, but it needs some improvements.

    The location was convenient. Close to shopping and restaurants. For our travel, it was close to family that we were visiting.

    Loose tiles in the bathroom. No bottled water in the room. For a hotel in the Hilton chain it was less than I expected. I paid way too much for the room. I was screwed by booking.com. I paid $500 dollars for 2 days. I will not be back for another screwing. I will not use Booking.com again.

    Breakfast was good. Every morning. Need biscuits and gravy more than one day.

    The carpet was wet in the middle of the floor and reported it and they sent someone in with a wet vacuum . They need to replace sheer curtains. They were torn in several places.

    The facility itself is in desperate need of some love. The call buttons for the elevators at least on the third floor do not work and appear to have been nonfunctional for a while. The suite I stayed in had a very musty odor. One of the wall mounted lamps beside the bed was missing and the mounting holes were not filled. Throughout the facility it is apparent that the owners have not invested back in the property for some time. The staff however is doing the very best they can with what they have to work with.

    Highlight of this property is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and accommodating. 5 stars for the staff!

    Had some issues and staff didn’t seem willing to help. Nothing was fixed and no compensation for the problem. The room needed updating and our shower curtain rod was broken making it hard to shower. The carpet near the doorway was coming up and the bathroom wallpaper was bubbling up. When we came back from dinner the front desk was empty and the clerk was sitting in the lobby on her phone.

    It was clean and good location.

    Rooms were dirty, mildew in bathrooms, carpet all stained, chairs stained. It looked like someone had tried to pry the door open in one of the rooms. The ceiling had a crack and looked like water damage. Curtains were all torn up. Breakfast was terrible the milk I got was sour. Coffee was notavailable when I went to get a cup. I had to go get my get reset 1st day and the front desk did not even ask me for ID or my name just asked for the room number and reset it. Scary as anyone could have gotten a key card and just gave them a room number and they would have reset it.

    The AC could not keep the room cool until late night. It was a hot day, and the unit couldn't keep up
