The one staff was arguing and claiming I didn’t have a reservation. The fire alarm went off early in the morning. The bathroom was outdated and the exterior of the hallways were dirty and need updating. The breakfast they offer can use work and not worth eating.

It was close to food options. The younger staff was very helpful and quick.

Water pressure was not great, outlets didn’t work, the bathroom floor wasn’t swept

Beds were comfortable, sink was great for 2 people, enough mirrors for each of us to use, not too loud.

I didn't like that there was only one person on duty when I arrived and she seemed to not necessarily listen to my needs as a costumer. She overcharged me the $75 holding fee and when I tried to tell her I think she charged me twice, she dismissed my concern. Then, shortly after, when I checked my account and the charge was there twice, she had clocked out for the night. I had to wait until I checked out in the morning for the next employee the fix the issue. This was stressful because the double charge on my account utilized money that I had allotted for other things.

I liked the location, cleanliness, and closeness to attractions. The hotel was close to food and entertainment as well as a shopping district. The location also was attractive to look at, easily accessible by the expressway, and a few minutes from the casinos and food locations on Kennedy and down Indianapolis Boulevard.

Breakfast was terrible I understand it's free but the meat and eggs could be a little better, stay was rude and dry we get excited to go to a hotel and when the greeting is trash it sets the wrong tone

Pillows for beds was to small and for breakfast needed more variety of foods and our door was broken had to pull it up in order to close it

Shampoo was completely out in our room . There was only one towel. No extra bedding for the pull out bed in our room.

The showers had dirt grime around the bottom of shower frame. The fridge wasn’t cold. The lack of help in the kitchen prolonged the scrambled eggs-fifteen minutes.

I was visiting family and the location is always great. Pool was closed which was disappointing because my family and I wanted to go swimming. Nonetheless, the room was still comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not as filled/stocked as usual. There seemed to be a baseball team there so maybe it was a lot going on.

The maid said she didn't speak English, and the fire alarm went off early in the morning and we were on the 4th floor. My sister is handicapped and no one told us it was a false alarm 😒

The pool was closed, the vent in the bathroom needed to be cleaned, more space to put clothes like actual drawers would be nice not racks, the refrigerator was really small specially if you are going to be there more than a couple of days because we do bring snacks and drinks, and there was some kind of water substance in our ice bucket overall just some little touch-ups that need to be handled here and there

Everything was an easy check in the associates were really nice and very helpful! And the beds were comfortable, easy access to and from room, Plenty of parking, close to plenty of amenities, it was quiet overall not a lot of noise so that's definitely a bonus, and it was overall pretty clean

The pool was down all weekend The breakfast was not very good. They were out of orange and apple juice. We had to call maintenance because our room door would not lock.

During check in, there an error in which I was told I booked 2 rooms. I had not. Unfortunately staff person checking me and I went back and forth about this 2nd room that I did NOT book. It was too much. Upon arrival to the room, it had trash in the trash can in the room. Housekeeping never cleaned my room the next day.

Pool was closed for part of our stay, room was not cleaned our entire 3 day stay. Towels nor washcloths not exchanged even when we told front desk.

Sink had no water pressure, only a trickle. Tub was clogged, wouldn’t drain. Majority of the parking was full, except for behind the building.

The refrigerators in the rooms are very small. Housekeeping clutters the hallway blocking passageway for your customers to have access to the path going to an elevator or an exit they need to move their carts out of the way in case of a fire. Very disrespectful housekeeping when you brought it to their attention when they responded we need the space to clean the room
