Please fix the stairwell door as you can hear it slam through the walls and it actually woke me up in the night a few times. Walls are thin and there were kids knocking on doors and running the hallways that you could hear way too clearly.

Very clean room, smelled amazing and that is worth something as the hotels I’ve stayed in lately all stink. Bed was mostly comfy but could use an upgrade. Staff was super nice and check in was the easiest I’ve ever had. Location was quiet.

Mini fridge in room made some noise that was a little annoying when trying to sleep. But nothing major.

Pool was a bit small and no hot tub. It worked well though for our 2 night stay.

The breakfast was great! Our room was roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. We got the 2 queen suite with the pull out couch. Workout room was great. Everything was working.

The pool water was cold and one of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use the swimming pool. We told the front desk person and he said he would tell maintenance to turn the heat up but they never did. We stayed at your hotel for 4 nights and checked the pool everyday and it was still cold water. Complained again to the other front desk person and she said it was already heated but not very warm, so what's the point of having a cold heated pool??

The bed was very old and had dips everywhere.

Mold in bathtub corners, weak coffee, high pet fee. The suite did not have 2 separate living areas, it was just one big room with a large desk as a divider between the 2 areas.

Bed was broken- it squeaked whenever we moved. The door on the bathroom made a loud noise when closed.

The room had the noisiest bed we have ever encountered in a hotel and a very poor quality mattress pad that kept slipping off the corners of the bed. No night light of any kind in the bathroom and really poor quality toilet tissue. Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. The morning the electricity was off, the person manning the kitchen had to be asked to refill the milk dispenser so guests could at least have some cereal...he said he "lost motivation"! Perhaps more training is called for.

Second time at this hotel. It is very convenient to my family's home and easily accessed. The first time was, as I recall, a better experience. It is adequate in most ways and clean. The hotel is quiet but I always request to be away from the elevator and ice machine. The staff was courteous and helpful although when the electricity went off on the morning we were leaving, no one answered the phone at the front desk to help with basic information although I called several times.

The little coffee water heating machine in our room did not work. When we reported this to the front desk staff, we were assured that housekeeping/maintenance would follow up and repair/reace the unit immediately. We have no doubt the issue was resolved the same day.

Everything about our stay was very nice and quite enjoyable with one very minor exception that would not be any reason to detract from our appreciation of the beautiful facility. From the kindness of the front desk staff to the comfort of our room, we would recommend this hospitable inn to our family and friends.
