My first room had a lot of stink bugs in it. We flushed the two that we saw when we got in the room. We left and went to the store came back it was more.

Ms Pat was very nice and she conversed with everyone..My favorite was the western omelettes.

A few lights in my room were out, but it wasn’t something major.

Great area, decent drive from my concert venue & other attractions I was able to explore the next day.

The room did have many maintenence issues. Bathroom sink stopper was broken (we had manually release the water), the handle in the kitchen was also broken and the was a hole of the bathroom door. Maintenence never showed up our entire stay.

Check in staff and Breakfast staff (Ms. Pat & the gentleman at the front desk). The hotel was prime location to all the stores. Great traffic to and from hotel.

The spa tub was less than expected as it could only fit one person and had a minimal number of jets. We didn't have a chance to use the tub, but that was from a visual aspect.

The size of the room was excellent, very clean and well apportioned.

The tub was small and a little awkward to shower in. However, I made it work.

I always feel that the Hampton has the most comfortable beds. The accommodations rank well compared with more expensive hotels.

The bedding has stains on both beds. The sheets need to be replaced or properly cleaned. It looked like blood stains. Also we requested a new set of towels and wash clothes the 2md day. It look over a hr. for them to be delivered which help up our day.

The breakfast was a nice verity and i had no issues checking in my service dog.

It was uncomfortable at night and when we were in the room due to the temperature. The stupid thermostat is motion activated. I want my room at 67. We set it for that before we left to go out and when we came back in it was 74. That’s way to hot and it was so humid in the room. It was hard to breath and be comfortable. Then at night it was hot since we were moving around. I spend money to be comfortable and happy. With this feature, I may not come back. I want to be comfortable in my room and I come into the room and when I leave.

It was clean and breakfast was good. The king suite was nice and roomy.

The check in. The hotel did not have my booking information when I arrived. I had the confirmation information with me. The hotel did not. It was a long process to get me checked in. I had a long day and did not expect to have issues with checking in.

I found a few food crumbs around the kitchenette area and the bathtub had some residue. Overall it was decently cleaned.

Rita and Shawanda took time out of their day to make us feel so welcomed! They spoke with me and my 3 kids like we were family. We booked last minute due to a communication error with another hotel and they got us into a massive room in no time.

The hotel is clean and everyone was nice and friendly. The hotel wasn’t far from most of things I did with my friends. There are outlets less than 15 minutes away. The breakfast was good also.

The room was clean but there were definitely a lot of mystery stains on the carpet/couch/chair. It looked like they were renovating so construction noise was definitely an issue during the day, but it stopped before the evening.

I love the location, it’s great for avoiding traffic leaving town the next day and it’s close enough to the city center.
