The pillows were too soft and needed a more variety of choices for breakfast. The pool needed to stay open longer

I found 2 baby roaches on the ceiling in the bathroom and my husband said he killed 2 previous day. 😑

We first got to the room. Went to the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. Called the front desk and they sent the maintenance man. The handle to the toilet was broken. The maintenance man made it seem like I broke it.

However the shower in the bathroom was very mildewed and the shower hard did not work. Also the face in the bathroom continuously ran and the toilet ran all night. In my opinion the price for 1 night wasn’t worth it

The hot tub was only on 9-4, and the pool area needs work with walls and roofing. Breakfast ended at 10 on Sunday too and they pretty much stopped bringing out food at 9:45.

Hair in shower, one of the rooms was hot. One of the beds had stains on the sheet, but I just removed it and set it to the side no big deal. Overall wonderful stay.

The breakfast staff was rude. Closed the breakfast bar down about 30 minutes early and complained about the guest coming to get beverages at 8:30 a.m. when breakfast was over at 9 a.m. They also did not provide towels after the first day. Housekeeping stated that they would be by to change out towels that morning. When we arrived back at the hotel there were no fresh towels and the front office staff stated that they change the linens and towels every 2 days. We were told that we could wash the towels that we had at our own expense or wait another day for new one.

Room/restroom were dirty,the sink was leaking water,the pillows were super uncomfortable and the front desk girl working that day of my stay was very rude I went to ask for extra pillows and a blanket and since she was with her boyfriend she rudely told me we don’t have anymore. Also the place is surrounded by crackheads I felt so unsafe and scared I will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

The only ice machine working was on the 3rd floor and we were staying on the 4th floor. All the other 4 ice machines were down. Also the reason we chose this hotel was because the indoor pool/hot tub but the hot tub was down as well. The hall way was a sauna as I was finding our room. In the room we had one of the drawers on the chest just fell off when I tried to open it to put clothes in it. The shower drain was backed up. One of the beds had a red strain on the comforter. The breakfast at 6am was okay not much selection. I wanted just plain eggs and they had omelets with peppers and onions in it. One of the waffle machines was not working so I burnt mine. There was no regular coffee just decaf.😫 I need my caffeine! Lastly I had to use the stairs because every time I used the elevator it sounded like it was going to break down or move up and down as I was about to walk in or out of it!!!!!! My kids refused to get in it.

There was a dead roach on the floor in the first room we were given, along with strange stains on the lampshades and weird drippings along the walls. Also the lights did not work in that room, only the lamps. The second room we were given had no main lighting, only lamps. There was hair in the shower and the AC was faulty.

The location was close to the beach and multiple restaurants and activities.
